Two deliveries so far and both times…

Two deliveries so far and both times items are missing, promised refunds on delivery charges, but it never happens.
Nearly a week so far since I reported the first missing items and despite chasing customer services, still no idea what has happened to the bits I have ordered
I will update on the latest delivery missing items when I receive news on what they are going to do.
Regret making the purchase which was in the many thousands of Euros, I expected better

Utter chaos and incompetence

This company are completely chaotic and incompetent. I wish I had never dealt with them.
1. Gave wrong advice that caused a three week delay to my initial order.
2. Several weeks later texted me to say the order was coming the next day. My wife took a day off work at short notice to accept delivery. There was no delivery.
3. Three weeks later, with no warning whatsoever they turned up on my doorstep at 0700 with the delivery. Fortunately my wife was at home and took delivery.
4. They had delivered an entirely wrong pallet, meant for someone else. They told my They would collect the wrong pallet and deliver the correct one the following week. I was by now on holiday and told them my son could be there on Monday, Thursday or Friday. So they turned up to collect the wrong pallet on Tuesday, and told me they will deliver the correct one on Wednesday!
So we are now some months from my original order, still no correct parts, just a constant catalogue of chaos, mistakes and miscommunication. I have no idea when this will be resolved.
Several times I have ssked to speak to managers but no-one wants to take resposibility. Save yourself a great deal of stress and inconvenience and buy your verandah elsewhere.

Dealing with Tuinmaximaal is effortless

Dealing with Tuinmaximaal is effortless. Everything can be arranged in minutes on their website where you can also find instruction manuals, installation videos and a calculator for dimensioning your setup. I wanted to confirm the quality of their verandas as it's so cost effective and was pleasantly surprised with both the quality of the materials and showroom in Eindhoven. I immediately placed the order online the Saturday and the materials were delivered the following Friday. Assembly is really straight forward with the manuals and videos at hand. All components fit well and was exactly as what I saw in the showroom.

One of the glass sliding doors…

One of the glass sliding doors shattered on its own and Tuinmaximaal sent “some” parts to fix it and not all - which has caused months of delay !!! DONT BUY !!! Since day 1, this company has been causing SO MUCH problems- worst customer service ever !!!

Watch out

Watch out! Don't buy anything at Tuin Maximaal. They are one BIG SCAM COMPANY They claim to offer the lowest price guarantee, but they cannot live up to this at all and no longer even have the decency to respond properly to my emails. Customers please search the internet, there are much more suppliers who can make an offer for a much lower price!

They should not be aloud to receive orders

The first order was delivered incomplete without someone calling me to discuss this in advance. I had to contact the service desk and nobody was having information regarding when I would receive the rest of the order, it took a couple of weeks until this was solved. Now the second order... they just called me to announce that they do not have everything in stock and they can send me only a part of the order, regarding the rest of the order, they do not have any sure date(probably somewhere in december they said)..... after they are sending a part of the order(the glasses in october ) and if i have to wait more then 2 months for the rest, and I decide to cancel everything because they did not fulfill the order more likely, I have to pay for transportation.
Who is paying because i paid a product 4 month ago and i did not received it, or i will receive it partially and the rest will come.....well nobody can tell me for sure ??
Who paid the first time for the delay and incomplete order?

They called me again for solving the problem:
They will receive the 5 rail system(in middle of October) but my order is not a priority.
They announced me that it is possible to send me the entire order in December or January 2021but cannot give me a sure date.(first time they did a planning after 4 month after the payment, now i have to wait around extra 4 month).
For sure i will cancel the order and regret that i choose this company.
