I received extremely unhelpful service…

I received extremely unhelpful service when my shoes got delivered to the wrong address and when I finally got my shoes they looked cheap uncomfortable and not worth it. Customer service agent via email seem rude and spiteful. I wouldn't use this company for creepers and just pay a little more for real Creepers from Underground for real thing.

We are sorry you feel that you received an unhelpful service from us and you were unhappy with your purchase. The shoes were shipped to the neighbours address you provided. The order had left our premises before we were informed of any issues with the delivery address. We are unable to change any parcels delivery addresses whilst they are in transit due to the Royal Mails policies to protect parcel deliveries and prevent theft of orders whilst they are in transit.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please go to our returns section of our website and follow the instructions to obtain a free post returns label. Full instructions will be on the delivery note sent with your shoes.

Quite disappointed

Love the shoes but it s the weirdest fit ever!I have cery small and thin feet in general and I got a size 4( I would consider my feet a size 3.5 but I like space so I normally have a 4). Wish I could exchange them but I have worn them outside. In the start they were comfy and then they really hurt my feet, hopefully I started stretching them out so I hope I will be able to wear them but probably less often as I can’t inagine them being very comfortable. Not worth that much money . :(

Gorgeous design, poor quality, too expensive for what it is

I got a pair of iridescent oxford creepers with a glossy finish from their vegan line for €120. Already after wearing them once for literally an hour the glossy layer started bubbling and peeling off the shoe upper. A couple more wears later, these bits started tearing at the sides.

Ridiculous! The materials used are cheap and flimsy, no matter how careful you are. I got the sizing right and it fit perfectly, but the quality was devastatingly bad.

Top shoes!

Ordered a pair of leather creepers. Delivered double quick and at a discounted price as I've bought from them before. Good work!

Bad quality, dishonest service

The shoes were way too big & when i asked them to refund the return post cost they said their sizing was correct. Also the quality is bad, they started losing their shape after the 1st wear. Spend a little more & buy somewhere else. Do not buy TUK

AVOID - Very unsatisfactory service!

I don't normally write reviews but I have received such an utterly appalling 'service' from this company that I felt compelled to let everybody know not to bother with them. The problems began when I ordered a size 4 pair of shoes - They were so tiny though that I sent them back for a return and requested a size 6, I am ALWAYS a size 4, so quite where they get their sizing from I have no idea! Anyway, this wasn't particularly an issue until over two weeks later, I had not received the replacement shoes. Again, not particularly a problem because I had sent them back recorded delivery, so contacted TUK shoes to ask where my replacement shoes were. This was where the issues arose and to date I am without a pair of shoes and am £60.53 down, not to mention the time spent wasted contacting the company via email and on the phone.

Despite being able to provide evidence from Yodel confirming that the parcel was received to their address, TUK Shoes deny all knowledge of having received my return. They repeatedly told me to go back to Yodel and obtain more and more details from the specific delivery driver etc when the fact remained that I had proof of delivery. They have advised me that there is nothing more they can do which I completely beg to differ on! A refund is all I am asking for but they will not budge. They have completely taken advantage of my polite and reasonable way of dealing with them and treated me terribly as a customer.

I certainly will never be using TUK Shoes again and would advise others to do the same!
