I ordered a piece of wall art printed on glass, it arrived within a week or so, however whoever packed accidentally cut the back of the image while cutting a pocket for the wall fixing kit, I sent pictures taken moments after delivery. They agreed that they would replace it, I heard nothing I emailed them at least twice with no reply. Then out of the blue after 3 weeks they informed me it would be sent and indeed 7 days later it arrived today.
So besides woeful communication I ended up happy that I now have a glass picture that I'm very pleased with.

Ordered glass chopping board to use as splash back on narrow boat - product cost under import duty so no added cost - it’s lovely thanks tulup.

worst company, totally incompetent staff. product arrive not as described, print quality looks like i could print it at home. they refuse to answer any of my emails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY....you've been warned

As stated already customer service is abismal.

I have spent six months trying to deal with the fallout from Fedex for the import charges as a result of purchasing one picture.
I was reimbursed the import charges by Tulup but then say sent me some extra wall hangings, free of charge but they declared these as the same value as the painting and I was charged another £50 from Fedex.
I strongly advise not to order anything from this company if you live in the UK

Ordered large glass picture

Ordered one glass wall art to see if the quality was as good as it looks. Wasn't disappointed, arrived packaged well and looks amazing on wall.
Will be ordering another for the upstairs.

Bought three of the beautiful glass clocks and they look fabulous! However, one clock has developed an annoying whirring noise and I've tried in vain to make contact on a number of occasions, emailed, chat line and phone, but cannot get a response. So frustrating! Customer service needs to be better!

I ordered two glass worktop savers and didn't hear from the company. I sent an email requesting an update which was replied with a 'Didn't you get a tracking number?' which clearly I didn't or I would know the status!
After that the company have ignored my emails for a week, despite having my order number information, and nobody answers the phone line that automatically cuts off after a while. Now with PayPal resolution centre
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The print is good bit tje charge for importation followed £40 so added to the price you can get similiar cheaper .
Emailed no response yet when order email everyday that shows what customer service you will get

I ordered a glass chopping board and love it. It came well packaged. I was not aware it was coming from abroad and it did take a little while to arrive. However, very pleased and would recommend.

Order placed for a glass frame picture in November but never sent. Contacted a few weeks later and they forgot to send. Then sent me another which arrived promptly.

Bit disappointed with the product i reveived. The quality of the glass is really nice and looks ok from a distance but up close the picture quality is poor and looks as though the original picture itself was not of the highest quality originally. I contacted Tulup two days ago but have received no response as yet. Perhaps my expectations are too high but i do feel disappointed as i was excited about receiving this.

Ordered a glass print 1.9.20
1st delivery wrong item received reordered.
2nd delivery same wrong item received.
Finally on 14.10.20 right item received but smashed to bits.

Purchased a Glass abstract piece from Tulup. The item is superb. Very good communication. Highly recommended 😊
