I purchased a license for a lifetime. my computer broke and i lost the service and when i tried to reach out for a new license key as i am not able to use the service anymore with my new computer. i said they could disabled my old license key and give me a new one since i paid for a LIFETIME service i cannot use at all! they said since its a mac computer i have to buy new software and wont exchange my license key. and they'd only give me a discount if i wrote a review so here's my review. good product but a real terrible thing to do to someone who paid a lot of money for a LIFETIME service. i've even recommended them to friends and family! makes me so sad. i hope i get my discount at least like promised

TuneFab has been exceptionally responsive and supportive in addressing all my inquiries since I subscribed for a lifetime membership. Specifically, I encountered an issue with my PC that necessitated multiple resets and reloads of Windows. Consequently, I was barred from TuneFab upon reinstallation due to surpassing the device limit. After contacting Support, I received a reply within 24 hours. They graciously reset my activation key, and I am operational again. I highly endorse TuneFab; both their software and the support team will surpass your expectations.

I recently changed to a new Apple iMac computer and i wanted to keep my lifetime subscription that i had on my old iMac, so i wrote to customer support about changing it from my old computer to the new one. Thank you TuneFab for allowing me to do it, it only took a day to make it happen, but they allowed me to do it.

I had an old version of this software on my desktop and had to reinstall it recently when I got a new hard drive. The old interface was not the most gorgeous thing but it was easy enough to use. The current version of the software is beautiful. I had to request a new license key to activate the current version of the software so I reached out to support and they were happy to help and very kind.

The program was great, but I needed to cancel for the time being. I reached out to cancel, but the next payment had gone through before they got back to me. They refunded it no problem.

Scam, garbage, unusable.

I had a license issue with TuneFab Spotify Music Converter, and they fixed it very quickly.
