I was told them item wanted was in stock. This was not the case as it took Turol over 30 days to receive the item in question. When I emailed to cancel the order and receive a refund, the email was not acknowledged but instead the item was shipped five hours later. When I emailed to state I still wanted to cancel, I was met with silence. The next day I received an email to say they cannot cancel as they had already sent it before I wanted to cancel. This seems in very poor taste. I will not be using Turol Games again as they are simply incompetent and too disorganised. I hope this item turns up in excellent condition and is even the correct item considering how promptly they apparently sent it after I wished for a refund.

Me dijeron que el artículo buscado estaba en stock. Este no fue el caso, ya que Turol tardó más de 30 días en recibir el artículo en cuestión. Cuando envié un correo electrónico para cancelar el pedido y recibir un reembolso, el correo electrónico no se reconoció, sino que el artículo se envió cinco horas después. Cuando envié un correo electrónico para decir que todavía quería cancelar, me encontré con el silencio. Al día siguiente recibí un correo electrónico para decir que no podían cancelar porque ya lo habían enviado antes de que quisiera cancelar. Esto parece de muy mal gusto. No volveré a usar Turol Games ya que son simplemente incompetentes y demasiado desorganizados. Espero que este artículo aparezca en excelentes condiciones e incluso sea el artículo correcto teniendo en cuenta la rapidez con la que aparentemente lo enviaron después de que deseé un reembolso.

Fast shipping

Absolutely a terrible company. I have not received my purchase that was shipped out on November 29,2023!! That I paid the shipping for! I have reached out for months and they take more than two weeks to respond at a time or if at all. When I did get responses, it was “be patient”, “it’s in your country”, “reach out to your customs because you haven’t filled something out”. Well I’ve been patient, I’ve reached out to my customs and they don’t have record of that tracking number (which still shows as left the origin country). I’ve had 5 other shipments from other Spain companies, 2 from England, 3 from China, and 1 from Australia all arrive already which were ordered after my Turol order shipped.
They have not responded to me in over three weeks now.

So, I get a reimbursement for an order that I make 3 month ago. I'm glad for it.

I don't think that this company has any bad attention, but it is really hard to communicate with them, you'll need a lot of patience.

Took more than a month to arrive, poorly communications(except for the first message informing of a week delay, it ended up being 3 weeks) all communications needed to be started by me. To finish poorly excuses, at some point the excuse was "it's eastern time". I made the purchase on the 4th of March and eastern was on the 31st. Also, it was packeged in a plastic bag without any type of cushion. The only reason I don't give a one star is because I got the product

Great service and quick delivery from EU to UK. Package was slightly damaged and game box has some superficial damage but nothing too bad. Would buy from again.

Difficult game to get (Thunder Road Vendetta) so it took a few weeks, bit I had no fear that it wouldn't come as this seems like an efficient company. I will use them in future.

Even a non Spanish speaker I was welcomed and hot a personal message to say all was in order, if not quite in stock.

Great selection of games that are harder to find. I got a game from Brazil for instance. Great packing and a good delivery partner.

I ordered only three miniatures. Two Minatures were rare in germany, so I ordered in this spanish shop and agreed to the high shipping cost.

The two rare miniatures were shown „in stock“ in the online shop. After the order and full payment, Turol Games send me a message. They told me the rare miniatures are not available and they changed the order. The message was in my spam folder so I didn’t notice that. After a while they only sent me the one miniature. After complaining I got my refund but had to accept the high shipping cost for a common miniature.

the problem is that you show some products you don't have and for a collector it's not so fine ; for my last order, the package wasn't safety and some dice set has some minor alteration : i can't expose them in my showcase

Product took much longer to arrive than the website stated. Communication was very poor - I often had to chase for an update on my order via their WhatsApp, and I barely got a reply. The product itself was great once it arrived - but would like to see a much greater improvement in customer service. No apology for the delay in my item.
