Great, fast service and perfect products

Package arrived promptly. Largely happy with the watch though the bezel action seems a little slidey (can't think of a better word) and the click action barely perceptible, though it does work. Is this common with this type of watch?

I bought an ex-display Orient Bambino Sun and Moon watch, just to see what Orient is like as a brand.

The watch arrived swiftly, it was exactly as described and as importantly there was zero drama involved, which isn't always the case with online retailers. In fact I bought another Orient watch from TUS today.

As for the watch, well, it's not a premium product, and doesn't pretend to be, but it's nice. If the case was just a little bit nicer it would be my bargain of the year, but truly, I've no complaints.

I've many Seiko watches, and am left wondering why I didn't try Orient sooner.

Extremely quick delivery! Ordered late on the 12th and received on the 14th. Great packaging too. Clearly puts emphasis on customer experience. If I ever buy another Orient again, I would not go anywhere else!

Had been looking at the Orient Mako Solar Chronograph Panda for a while, found TUS Watches site and ordered it. I can honestly say that the delivery was the fastest I’ve ever had for online shopping (just over a day) and it’s now on my wrist! I’m absolutely delighted with my new quality watch and the service from TUS Watches. I highly recommend them and funds permitting I will buy from them in the future.

Really pleased with my Orient solar divers watch. Exactly what I expected from the online photos and description. Delivery was next day and arrived well packed. Nice extras like the TUS wrapping paper and cleaning cloth inside the case. I had some trouble ordering and Tom replied to my email within minutes to clear things up. Highly recommended.

This is my third Orient from TUS watches. Quick delivery and great price.

Problems with delivery by Royal Mail, not a TUS problem. Watch arrived, just opened. No instructions. Watch face and rear no protective covering. Finger prints evident. Is this a return or one used for demonstration. The watch crown grinds, not free moving - maybe common.
Main issue is that I’m now left with an issue and not best pleased with product - there is absolutely no means of contacting via phone just email.
The returns form has no instructions and is just a single sheet. Under Distance Selling Regulations TUS should enable an easier way to have the watch returned. I have no other option than to hope I get an email response or, put payment into dispute. Not what I had envisaged. Let’s hope things improve.
