I recently purchased an Orient Mako 2 watch from TUS watches for my 41st birthday and the service was fantastic. The watch is beautiful and was a great price, the delivery was really quick and the packaging was good too. Overall a great experience buying from TUS watches and I'll be back again!

Every thing was as it should be but no warrenty card

First time doing business with TUS and it won’t be the last?
I ordered a pre owned watch expecting just that,but received a brand new one still in protective stickers etc,wonderful surprise,super quick free postage and well packaged and the TUS wrapping around the presentation case is a lovely touch,wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend.

Easy ordering and fast next day delivery. Unfortunately the watch did not appeal to me in the flesh so I returned it and was refunded the next day. I ordered another style which again was delivered next day and I am very happy with it.

The true test of any business is not when things go well, but when problems arise. I bought my 2nd watch from TUS this week (Because the first was great). It was delivered the next day and beautifully packaged. However, the watch wasn't working right. (It was ex-demo but did look perfect) I messaged TUS and received a reply within 5 minutes, which included two things. 1. A free returns label. 2. A promise to ship out (at no extra charge) a better option. I packaged and returned the first watch, only to be told that the better spec replacement was already in the post. It came the next day (today) and is perfect. There was also a gift for my troubles. Now that is world-class service. Sincere thanks to TUS and to Tom...

First class experience with this firm; very pleased with price, delivery was rapid, packaging fantastic and item itself sized for my wrist perfectly straight out of the box in line with my request. Cannot fault. “Buy with confidence” sounds banal, but in this instance it fits the bill exactly!
