My son has recently started with a tutor on tutor hunt and he’s been really enjoying his lessons with Ibrahim. Can highly recommend

Ellen has been working with my 14year old daughter since September, and my daughter has really benefited from these sessions. Amrit has grown in confidence and is now happy to talk about anything science related. She now looks forward to her science lessons in school and is always well prepared for school. Ellen has been wonderful in helping my daughter to be at ease with her and Ellen also touches base with me after each session. I would highly recommend Ellen.

It was a very bad experience. Everything was agreed with the tutor and they confirmed the meeting. Tutor then "closed the enquiry" 3 hours before the lesson but did not cancel the meeting so waited on the call for a long time not knowing that the tutor decided not to turn up. What was worse was communication with Tutor Hunt. They didn't reply for some time so the whole experience was really terrible.

Louise has been great support for our son in English while waiting to get placement into school here in the UK.

We are having a great time with Gemma, She explains concepts clearly and she is patient. Her teaching methods have been engaging and well structured. Her sessions are well rounded but also tailored to educational needs as required. I would definitely recommend her to others.

George is a brilliant economics tutor. He explains topics in a detailed but easy to understand manner.

You can not talk to a tutor before paying the fee. How can you pay for something that you don't know details about it? This is just a business, money orientated. GOOD LUCK with that. I will not recommend whatsoever.

My daughter really enjoys her tutor sessions with Olga. She's only had lessons for a few weeks but has gained more knowledge and understanding in areas of maths she was struggling with and feels more confident already

I've only had a few lessons with Zaim so far, but my understanding of certain economics topics has already deepened a lot. He explains things clearly and makes the lessons both fun and enjoyable, which makes learning so much easier. He's always really helpful and patient, and I genuinely look forward to our sessions. I'd definitely recommend Zaim to anyone wanting to improve their confidence and knowledge in economics!

I used TutorHunt to find an A level tutor to support a student. Lots of options, everyone really good at explaining what they could/could not do, and clear pricing/booking structure. All good.

Isabella had 4 lessons with my 16 year old daughter. My daughter said that she learned a lot more in those 4 lessons than in the past year at school! She said Isabella was friendly and very helpful and made the maths much easier to understand for my daughter than any other teacher before. I would highly recommend Isabella!

Even though I have been working with my company in England for 5 years as a professional mathematics teacher and I have a work permit, I was discriminated against just because I am Turkish and they did not accept my application as a tutor. The recruitment staff is not professional at all.

The tutor was well prepared and punctual. The session included a range of activities that were engaging and made it enjoyable to learn.
Evelyne was friendly and professional. She had considered our requirements and delivered a tailored tutorial which very much met our needs .

Kwaku was a very good tutor because he made sure I understood the work, he didn’t pressure me into doing something I didn’t understand and always gave me enough time to do the work. He is also very understanding if I don’t know how to do something or didn’t understand the assignment. If I can’t do the lesson for when it’s booked he understands and reschedules around when I can do it.

Kate is just Brilliant. She is a lovely, intelligent, positive and friendly. My daughter and I were immediately at ease within the first few minutes of the first session. Now we are 3 sessions in, and all is still going really well. She’s extremely patient with topics my daughter doesn’t understand and tries numerous ways to help her, and really praises every small thing my daughter gets right, which boosts my daughters confidence a lot. Kate also organises a bit homework and lesson plans outside of the session (in her free time) to help my daughter really try and grasp the topic within maths, that she is struggling with.
