Absolutely shocking company.

Absolutely shocking company.

Returned an item nearly a month ago and still no refund. The return itself took weeks to arrange, which should have been the first red flag.

I have chased this four times now and every single response is the same generic email from Lakshmanan saying it will be “raised urgently with the relevant team”. Clearly, nothing is actually being done.

At this point, this feels less like poor service and more like deliberate stalling and I will be arranging a chargeback.

Avoid. If you value your time and your money, go elsewhere. The item was also not as described hence the return!

I ordered a TV bracket on Friday 28th…

I ordered a TV bracket on Friday 28th November with next working day delivery. By the following Tuesday, it still hadn’t arrived.

I contacted customer service on Wednesday and was told it would be delivered on Thursday — it didn’t turn up. After weeks of back and forth, I was eventually told the parcel had been returned to their warehouse.

Naturally, I requested a refund. I was then told they couldn’t process a refund until the warehouse team had inspected the parcel. I explained repeatedly that this wasn’t a return — the item never arrived in the first place.

More than four weeks later, I still haven’t received a refund. As of 7th January, I’ve had no response from them at all, leaving me no option but to take the matter further.

Very poor service and handling throughout. I’d strongly advise staying away from this company.

UPDATE: Refund has now been received, but only after weeks of chasing and posting this review. The problem was internal, not just courier delays. The item never arrived, your system showed it had been returned, and yet the refund was delayed and communication eventually stopped. This should have been resolved far sooner.

Avoid this terrible company

Avoid this terrible company. They list items on their website as “in stock and ready for dispatch” however they don’t hold any stock themselves and order direct from their suppliers when you place an order and even though stated as in stock in their website you may well receive an email a couple of days after placing the order stating that in actual fact the item isn’t in stock and you will have a significant wait before receiving the item. However they are very fast to take your money as soon as you place the order on their website.
Staff are rude and unhelpful on the phone and repeatedly lie or make things up if they don’t actually know the answer (rather than asking someone that could answer correctly or looking into the matter and getting back to you or simply stating that they don’t know)
