Poor customer service, fair pricing and fast delivery.
One item arrived with damaged box and missing part. Getting support was sluggish, taking 2 days before responding to my email and a too long waiting on a telephone without progress.

The item is showing that it’s not out for delivery . Nearly a week has gone by , nearly £4 delivery charge , I doubt I will use them again .

Parcel Force Farce!!
Tweeks service and the product are fine. Parcel Force is a complete shambles! Online tracking and relocation does not function. The online platform will not confirm or deny any changes you think you have made and there is no email/txt confirmation so ended up chasing my parcel round Plymouth. Not possible to phone them either as the phone call also cuts out with statement. 'It is not possible to re-direct this parcel at present, goodbye'! Please consider a change of courier!!!!!
