I made my order to the wrong adress and the team helped me all the way until my package came! Super Helpful and trustful! The package ended up arriving perfectly

I made an order already more than 3 weeks ago...it was supposed to be for my bf's birthday gift. The shipping company you have a contract with is the worst. My package has not been delivered yet, impossible to contact them, you don't reply my emails... please do something

You have not responded to my two emails to provide a shipping update on my parcel.

It has not been delivered to my address at all and the tracking info is limited.

The t-shirt I purchased has a poor quality.

Furthermore, I am unable to return the product due to an error I made while entering my email address during checkout. Unfortunately, the website does not provide any options for me to rectify this mistake and proceed with the return process.

I ordered an item which was $44 on sale. Shipping and handling was not shown until after I paid. S&H WAS $34. I “really” got a bargain.

Sent me an expired link to return an item that snapped after a few wears. Declined to reply to my messages after that. Shoddy company would avoid at all costs.

Poor quality, the prices are always increasing and the quality always diminishing. Don't order, it's no worth it.

Rings are great quality and the hoodies are great but the rings bent a little when working out so I need to get them reshaped/resized. Also the staff in Barcelona is very friendly.

Even though I didn't receive the items as fast as I thought because of issues with the factory, I sent them an email, and they got back to me very quickly on this. They investigated, and gave me updates throughout this process, which was very reassuring. As soon as that issue was fixed, within a few days I received the package and the hoodie was amazing! Probably my favorite hoodie at the moment <3

Best costumer service!! My package was gonna be send back to the country of origin and they handled it super quick, made sure that it would be send back to me within no time

Second time ordered sunglasses and they type my address wrong and missing letter so UPS couldn’t delivery to my address. I have to pick it up at UPS facility which is far way and on top of that I got charge $25 for shipping. But the total bill say $0 for shipping. Seem like this company don’t really pay attention much. I will never order anything from them again.

Big fan of all Twojeys does! Amazing activations and content and fun, timely clothing and jewelry. Just wish items that sold out would make a come back. I've been wanting to buy a shirt for ages now but it hasn't been restocked!

Two years ago, I ordered a chain to Switzerland. It is still in good condition and I like to wear it. A few days ago, I visited the store in Barcelona and got a ring and another chain. Twojeys has so many nice and affordable pieces which combine streetwear and elegance. Highly recommended!
