These scammers dont pay when you dont…

These scammers dont pay when you dont spend enough to cover your payouts.

So risk department from @tx3funding
sent me this email, after ghosting and taking 1 full day to think about a "reason" to justify for my ban, and without paying out.

They came out with the reason that I was "account churning" and "passing or failing in 1 trade"
Funny thing is, people were just asking in discord about rules against these, and the answers has been a firm no, no rules about anything with regards to failing multiple accounts and limits to buying, or rules against "passing or failing in 1 trade"

Now, this is where it gets more interesting. In order to fully show you guys how retarded @tx3funding
are in coming out with their reasons to ban me, I am going to go full @Market_Emotions
mode, and show you guys 100% transparency with regards to my total spending with
@tx3funding vs my payouts, on a monthly basis as well.

Purchase receipts and payouts evidence will be posted under replies

October
Total spending - $9,667.5 (yes I was horrible then)
Total payouts - $22,308 (at least Im still profitable)

November
Total spending - $5,745 (Failing less accounts)
Total payouts - $26,227.8 (More payouts, better RR)

December
Total spending - $1,387.5 (assuming no refunds)
Total payouts - $21,291.85 paid, + 30.9k profits pending to be paid on DEC 18 & Dec 19, but denied by these sore losers
@tx3funding

So as you can see, the problem wasn't about me "churning" accounts. If it was, they would have banned me in October when I was purchasing loads. In fact, it is quite the opposite, they must not have been too happy I stopped buying so many accounts and still got to even more payouts 🤣🤣🤣🤡🤡

Dear risk team of
@tx3funding
, you could have saved all of us time and send me email saying "sorry, you are too profitable for us, you played by our rules and we are losing big time. We are sore losers, so we're gonna accuse you of account churning which is not even a rule and we are not gonna pay you"

@tx3funding
pay up my 30k you motherfking scammers 🖕🖕🖕

Trustpilot, if you have any doubts about the genuinity of this review, I am very happy to provide with all the proofs. This platform should allow attachment of screenshots and images

Violations..

I decided to write another review for this company - last time I wrote about their consistency rule which kinda blocks swing traders that usually hit a runner. This time I will write about their violation rule of over leveraging - they will deduct your profitable trade however, if you produce a loss, they will leave a losing trade on your account. What a joke haha I literally can't believe they do business like this.

Can there be a worst prop firm

Can there be a worst prop firm? How can you confirm a KYC was verified, then unverified and finally ban the funded trader all within 24 hours? They're used to this word "determined", and it captures their deed very well. They determine who gets paid or not, not based on obvious rules, just simply based on what they determine. It was a bad experience with them. They are just a dubious scammer who are fond of the word "integrity" though their deeds are far off it. Best to stay of prop firms if you've got the capital.

Reckless and Wicked

In my view, you do not deserve a single star. If you could give a free account and intentionally disrupt the process by stopping trades and closing the account without due course, you are simply evil in my view.

Please Pay Back My Payout!

I started trading with TX3 Funding in November 2025. Trading has been part of my life for more than six years. These years were filled with learning, hardwork, discipline, mistakes, and growth. I am not a gambler. I trade carefully and I respect rules.
@tx3funding

On 6 December, I received a payout of approximately USD 3,399. That payout meant a lot to me, not only because of the money, but because it represented trust. It showed that my work was reviewed, accepted, and considered compliant.

My accounts were still active. I was quietly preparing for the next 2nd payout around 20 December.

Then on 12 December, I received an email that ended everything.

There was no warning.

The decision stated that my accounts were terminated and that my earned profits would not be paid.

I hope TX3 Funding remembers that real people stand behind every account.

Please pay back my profits!

Hi HanXHan,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We understand your concern regarding the termination of your accounts and the expectation of a future payout.

To clarify, while you did previously receive a payout following a completed and approved payout cycle, there was no pending payout at the time your services were discontinued. The profits referenced were unrealized profits on a simulated funded account and had not met the mandatory conditions required to request or approve a subsequent payout.

Your accounts were terminated because your trading style was determined, after internal review, not to align with TX3 Funding’s operational and risk framework. In line with Section 16 of the Customer Agreement, TX3 Funding may discontinue services at its discretion for operational, security, or compliance reasons. Under these terms, profits that have not met payout eligibility requirements are not payable following termination.

We aim to apply our agreements consistently and transparently across all accounts and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this publicly.

Not a good propfirm anymore. Will do anything to make u lose.

Standard rules to pass challenges. They do payout but only after doing everything they can to avoid it. Since Toptier changed to TX3 funding they have become very dishonest al will do everything to take away your wins (small en big wins). But the losses you take, with the same "violation" as the wins will be added on your account. I have never had this with toptier. I think it's sad en very disappointing.

I used to like top tier, but that memory is fading away very fast.

Hi Isai,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your concern regarding wins being removed while losses remain, especially after the migration from TopTier to TX3 Funding.

To clarify, our rule application has not changed — profit adjustments occur only when a position violates specific trading rules such as lot limits, news restrictions, or HFT-related violations. In those situations, only the affected profitable trades are removed, since they provided an unintended advantage, while losses remain as they reflect true market exposure. This is a standard approach across the industry to maintain fairness for all traders.

We value transparency, and we want to ensure you fully understand how your account was evaluated. We’ve sent you a Trustpilot request for more information — please provide your registered email address or account number so we can locate your account and review your case.

Update for my review from the 15th may…

Update for my review from the 15th may 2025. The firm responded last week to my review that was posted half a year ago and telling me to open a ticket to resolve the issue. I doubted anything will be resolved but I still went ahead and opened a ticket. The firm told me that they'll look into it and then told me that the denial was justified, so they still haven't realized their mistake and admitted that the rule back then was an issue from their end. The rule wasn't clearly stated and as a futures traders, you should know the difference between 3 minis and 3 micros. This futures firm won't stay sustainable, mark my words. If you read this, don't try this firm, but rather stay away from them at any cost...

The rules are completely against you with this prop firm there's no wiggle room if you "violate" a rule that's not easily explained examples being the trailing drawdown, news and leveraging rules and the platform has only gotten worse after the change from top tier

literally don't waste your money this prop is going to do everything in its power to stop you from passing and everything in its power to get you to keep buying challenges

Shameless thieves!

TX3 is a bunch of shameless thieves. They will steal from your account every single time you open or close a trade. And I'm not talking about spread, commission or slippage. They steal from your account and you can't do anything about it.

Be aware and don't give your money to these thieves!

Hi Claude,

We understand your frustration, but we want to clarify that TX3 does not “take” any funds outside of standard trading mechanics such as spread, commission, or slippage. Our pricing model is designed to simulate real market conditions, where order execution may vary depending on volatility and liquidity.

If you noticed something unusual on a specific trade, our team can review it in detail, including timestamps, pricing, and execution logs, to help you understand exactly what happened. Please reach out with your account ID so we can investigate properly.
