Avoid the monkeys working here

We're to start not only did I have a very unfortunate dispute with these guys. 1st they got me to ship a engine for them after they purchased off me on ebay . Which was £22.00 down on there part ( I paid 220) then they got it to there garage 1st thing they said before fitting the item in a car was it's bad !!! 👎 I said no problem send back your expense if not happy. Got a message back * it's OK mate I'll wait to fit in the car first then I'll let you know 🤣OK but your first message was it was bad * mind boggling at this point*
Last message ohh turbo doesn't fit so want send back and you only give me £190 back ( was £780) all in . So anything for a quick discount hey .

You bought a working engine/ turbo and pretended to fit it and not working then digging your grave even further you then said doesn't fit your car. Confusing 🫣. You don't buy a engine before checking if it fits your car first mate .. what sort of monkeys you got working at this so called garage . ( who ever this engine is for what they bought on ebay I would be not trusting them putting a car back together if they can not even make up a true story on ebay . Thick !!! Don't use them AVOID.

No paperwork

Two weeks after I bought a car from them, they still haven't sent me a sales receipt/invoice/proof of purchase, and the details they entered on the warranty were wrong. They don't answer their emails or texts.

Tyburn Service Centre... What service exactly?

I took my Vauxhall Astra to Tyburn Service Centre to have the rear brakes and discs replaced. When I picked my car up after the work had been carried out I hadn't noticed the issues they had left. After 3 days had passed, I noticed the suspension to the rear of the car was very rigid. I got underneath the car and couldn't believe that there was the remains of an industrial torch left wedged in the spring of the suspension. At that point I noticed that the sill on the drivers side had been badly damaged with a 12 inch push in! I contacted the garage straight away and they asked me to take the car in so that they could have it repaired. In order for me to do this, I had take a days holiday unpaid because the garage would not collect the car. So not only had they damaged my car but I had to deliver the car to them so they could rectify the issues they had created. Since, I have also noticed that the locking wheel nuts have been tightened so much that no garage can remove my wheels! I have been told that the nuts would need to be drilled, an expense that should have been avoided if the garage had looked after my car properly.
I would not recommend this garage to anyone and think that they are con artists. Never trust this garage even though they promote themselves as an RAC credited business. There are plenty of other garages out there that are far better and trust worthy.
