Problem resolved with satisfaction

U7buyut wants me to delete my negative comment, and Trustpilot says that if I don’t provide ‘more details to better understand your experience’ they ‘may not be able to recognize your review as genuine’.
What more details do you need?
I was a customer of U7buyut, sold coins several times, everything was 10/10 (my first comment is still there).
Then, in March this year, I again sold some coins. But instead of getting the payment in a few days as usual, I had to wait for 6 weeks with no actual hope, write to their support, listen about ‘site update’ and ‘we will pay you in 5-6 days’, then ‘48-72 hours’. And reading all the other negative comments from other people, who also were customers before and now understandably felt like being scammed.
So at first I wrote a negative comment describing the situation.
Then proceeded to communicate with U7buyut support.
And 6 weeks after the sale, they finally paid me.
So I fairly updated my comment saying that they paid me eventually, and hoping that everyone else will be paid as well.
So when I had a good experience, I wrote a positive comment. When I had a bad experience, I wrote a negative comment.
But now, instead of owning up to their mistakes and trying to gain the trust back fairly, they want negative comments to just be deleted.
I’m not deleting anything.

Stay away from U7BUYUT if you're looking for payouts. My experience was catastrophic and marked by a complete lack of transparency.

My money took almost two weeks to arrive, an extremely long waiting period with no clear communication.

The entire withdrawal system is poorly designed and unnecessarily complicated. You're forced through needless steps and confirmations that only cause confusion.

However, the biggest shock was the hidden PayPal fees. While U7BUYUT officially advertises very low fees (e.g., 2.5% / 1.5%), a substantial portion of my original amount was deducted. This amounted to a total deduction rate exceeding 7%, which is nowhere clearly listed on U7BUYUT's website. These "secret" fees make the service extremely expensive, unreliable and shady.

Furthermore, it's highly suspicious that U7BUYUT's Trustpilot profile features an unusually high number of generic 5-star reviews. Many of these accounts appear to be inactive for extended periods and have only ever left a single review for U7BUYUT, strongly suggesting the use of bots to artificially inflate their rating and mislead potential customers.

Lack of transparency, extremely long waiting times, and an opaque fee model, absolutely not recommended!
