I've been waiting 2 months to receive my ugg boots and some treatment spray I ordered from this business. I've written numerous emails to them requesting an update. I've even drive across Melbourne to thier business in Laverton. All I get is more and more lies from them. Now i've given them 1 more day to send proof they've shipped my boots before I lodge a civil claim in VCAT. I'll also consider legal action if they're a no show at VCAT. AVOID THIS BUSINESS. THEY'RE LIARS AND SCAMMERS!!!

Terrible customer service and in breach of EU online shopping laws. Product lost by them and never arrived. Will not provide a replacement. After a month of chasing up, they want me to pay an extra €50 to get the item I ordered. Infuriating customer service, they closed the ticket when issue was not solved so I could not review the customer service I received. Do not seem to know or care about the online shopping legislation they are bound by in EU.

OMG I wish I had read the reviews first, ordered 2 weeks ago, emailed twice to get an update spent $700 on 3 pairs and NO response, So pissed off!!
I really wanted a product made 100% in Australia and this is what we get!!

I’ve lost a lot of money because of Ugg’s delivery mistake.

I bought the fluff yeah slides from the official ugg website I usually buy my ugg products from other stores but I decided to take a chance. I was a little worried seeing all the bad reviews but they came in perfect condition true to size and very quick shipping the only downside is the black dye does come off when you wear them but other than that perfect!

Ordered the Bondi 3/4 Roo on Saturday I then read reviews and was a little worried but there was no need. Monday morning I received shipping details and they arrived today Wednesday in Perth. True to size exactly what was advertised. I only knock a star off as when in packing there was a cigarette smell but overall very happy with purchase

Beyond awful customer service, emailed - no response. Messaged on Facebook only to wait 2 days so they could tell me to ring a number I already had upwards of 10 times. When you go through the menu on that phone call it abruply ends when you make your selection

States online that stock is available and ships within 10 days, 16 days later we hear they are still not in production and refuse to offer a refund for change of mind… Didn’t know that not receiving goods qualified as change of mind, thought it meant I pay for something and I expect to receive it, if not give me my money back. This is the problem with some Australian companies, run by morons.

Wow amazing service for Scotland!
Ordered uggs at 1pm and was told they had dispatched at 7pm!
Got them the very next day even though I didn’t pay for delivery.

Also my ugg slippers are the cutest things I’ve ever worn and soooo comfy. Sent back a pair of dr martens that were faulty (2/2 products I’ve had from them have been) and I’m so glad I went to ugg for a replacement. You actually pay for the quality you receive.

Ordered on the 5th of May, paid extra $20 for Express Post... Sent inquiry about expected postage 2 days ago, no response... Bad! Very bad!
Disappointing because they give a very bad name to Aussie Products with this (dis)Service. Never buy from them and certainly discouraging anyone to give money to mob like them!

Unlike the majority of businessess in Australia, the Australian portion of this company have not adapted their business model towards online shopping in light of COVID19, they are currently taking a week or longer to despatch products, this is before you even take into account delays from Australia post. I find it hard to beleive that with all the additional staff that the company would have on hand due to the closure of retail stores they cannot utilise those staff to despatch online orders, most other companies in Australia seem to have worked out this simple adjustment and are despatching online orders the same or next day. Sort it out ugg/au. And if you have put these staff members out of work when you could have re-roled them, shame on you.

I am so disappointed with both the quality of Uggs these days, and the AWFUL customer service. I had purchased a pair of high top ‘boots’ that lace up like sneakers. They have a ‘fuzz’ around the ankles that started thinning out completely— it looked terrible (wish this site would allow pics). I only wear these very lightly during the winter months and take excellent care of them but this started happening less than a year after purchase. After telling UGG my experience and date of purchase they informed me to send them back for a credit or refund. Three weeks after I sent them back and had heard nothing I had to follow up with them, only to be told my return was ‘not accepted’ by the warehouse and there was nothing more they could do. Thanks for wasting my time AND my money spent on shipping them back (almost $15). You can bet I will never purchase from them again, stay away if you care about quality and decent customer service.

Ordered uggs for the first time I was very excited about getting them and when they came they were to big. Tried them on in my house with lables and all attached. Sent them back the same day. And waiting over a month for refund. Now they are trying to say I have wore them and won't be getting my money back. I never wore them and they are trying to say I did!!

I feel sick to the stomach. That's 115 pounds ive lost for boots I'll never be able to wear. So upset and angry that I can't prove to them that I never wore them

I mean why would I wear them with the lables attached??

DONT USE UGGS EVER.AGAIN.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They cancelled my order a few days after purchase. When I enquired why they said it was because of suspected fraud activity. Apparently something to do with my name on Apple Pay. I ordered in the same way through other websites and never had a problem! I was advised to order again, however when I tried I saw it is no longer possible to get a free gift I got with my original purchase. I enquired about this and they refused to help as “the offer for free gift had expired”! Well, had you advised me sooner I would have reordered on the same day and still got the gift. I’m actually happy that this happened as it got me to read reviews and I see how everyone complains about the quality. These would have been my first ever UGGs but I’m happy I won’t waste my money. Thank you UGGs, I will not be reordering!

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM UGG! I purchased the Adirondack boots in December 2018. So this is my second winter wearing these boots. I paid hundreds of dollars and they are falling apart at the seam! It's ridiculous that something so expensive has only an 1 year warranty considering that people aren't wearing them all year at least not where I live as we have four seasons. How can a company offer such a limited warranty for manufacturing defeats.

I will never buy anything product from them. It's obvious from the reviews that this is a crappy product with crappy customer service.

Worst experience of my life..Ordered a pair of Mens Ugg boots in November..February 5th still did not receive them.Tried Customer service only to be told my order is not shipped yet.(Now having said that i am a larger size boot, so i get the delay from 'overseas")But one would figure some sort of email or "discount" would be appropriate, just to let a customer know we still have not shipped it out, or we are having delays. nope to simple..So for someone who orders online from many companies, by far the worst of my life .I will wait 2 more weeks and then ask for my full refund.And that will probably take just as long. Frustrated in Montreal

First off ... I would like to give the customer service team 5stars for ensuring I received world class service and I did.
My disappointment came from the execution of my order.
I ordered 2 items - both were cancelled. Issue on my end for possible fraud activity; however; I did not receive notice from Ugg stating order on hold.
I repurchase and waited patiently for my order and again, I did not receive my purchases. I then had to follow up on my own to find out why Ugg cancelled, without notice, and this time it was due to lack of merchandise.
Whichever way we slice this, I feel that notice should have been provided and an opportunity to purchase something (as this was a gift that failed to meet the date).

If I could give 0 stars then I would...
Puchased 2 pairs of UGG boots in the cheshire oaks store, but I live over 1 hour away drive. I asked if I could return via post which they said its fine so I did.

14 days later they state they received them but can not process the refund as they lost them in the warehouse (WHAT!!! haha!)
I returned the boots and did not receive MY money back!
The return tracking also stated they received the returned items!

It was then 28 days later as they said I need to wait 28 days and guess what I still got nothing! they kept telling me to wait longer!

Its been 2 months now... so I contacted my bank to help which they did and I was happy they could as I was actually £126 down with no boots.

DO NOT PURCHASE WITH THIS COMPANY! WORSE COMPANY I HAVE EVERY DEALT WITH!
