I've been using ui8 for a couple of years

I've been using ui8 for a couple of years now and the quality of assets is one of the best you can find online.

I have just recently purchased another yearly subscription and was faced with an issue where I wasn't able to access the platform due to verification emails not arriving at my inbox. Eli was really helpful and solved my issue in less than 5 minutes after bringing it up. Really good experience :)

Purchased item with missing file format

Don't buy their plan

Don't buy their plan. They will charge you without any email or notification. If you buy the plan wrongly, they refused to refund. No more customer service worst like them.

Very very very bad for your service UI8.

Scam and no refund.

I know the following you will make an explanation to justify your fraudulent business. But that's okay, I want to review so that the following people don't have to make the same mistake as me.

You arbitrarily renew the subscription without any notice or confirmation of acceptance from the user.

When I reflected and asked for a refund, you blocked and deleted my account without any notice. Even though the account has just been renewed.

CEO (Dash) behaves rudely by contacting directly and chatting instead of seriously emailing

Not only I am the victim, but the people below, users, collaborators, and sellers have also directly locked accounts and deleted accounts.

I urge everyone to stop using, supporting, and selling on UI8 and move to a better platform, the Figma community.

Very bad customer service

I bought the Access Pass plan and used it for 8 months then got my account disabled for no reason, when I messaged all their platforms they blocked me! I have proof on Twitter and on the web! in many 1 star reviews on the platform i found them all to be correct, the support team arbitrarily locked the user account and CANNOT PROVIDE EVIDENCE WHY THEY BLOCKED THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT so they block the customer!

SCAM don't buy anything from them

I paid for an Elite yearly subscription costing $368 and was blocked by the platform on the 6th month before the subscription expired.

I tried to reach them for a month through various channels - their chatbot, direct email, and even attempted to contact the founder via LinkedIn - but I received no response from any of these channels.

Upon researching more information on the internet, I discovered their dubious operations. They seem to be stealing assets from designers to host on their platform without providing any incentives. Additionally, some assets are from the Creative Commons section of free websites. This is truly embarrassing.

Therefore, I urge you to stop supporting this digital thievery.

Instead, I recommend supporting element.envato.com, which offers many of the same assets at a more affordable price.

Lastly, to the Ui8 team, you should dedicate your time to sincerely responding and apologizing to your users rather than publicly justifying your actions to those who have given you a one-star rating.
