Had an unplanned power cut approx 10.05am as a vulnerable customer I received a text explaining everything straight away as did my Son Amazing... But within 3/5 mins of the workmen arriving on site approx 10.53am it was fixed 🙃 so all within an hour of an unplanned cut....
