the hotel in Southport The Scarisbrick was awful experience, at night the music from club right next door was so loud we couldn't get to sleep until after 3am, there was no hot water as the boiler was broken (2days) along with the place running out of milk for a simple cup of tea or coffee in your room. The staff didn't seem to care whatever we said, take it or leave it attitude. Spend a little more money and choose another hotel.

The quick and easy way to book a short break astounded us. Nothing was too much trouble for your booking staff. We look forward to a value for money holiday with. yourselves.

You can't beat UK Breakaways for an all round value for money break. Whether you're staying up north or down south, west or east of the country or smack bang in the middle (Bosworth) You're assured of a good value for money break. Some of the properties are stunning, rooms a bit dated but on average the property is generally beautiful. Wherever we've stayed the staff have always been very nice & helpful. The food is decent from a full English breakfast to a hearty 3 course evening meal. Most venues provide free entertainment every evening & some even provide you with 4 free drinks every evening at the bar! All in all UK Breakaways provide you with a great value for money break.

Couldn't find what I was looking for and phoned as suggested. Answered promptly. Was very polite and helpful. The receptionist then phoned hotel and secured room for me

wanted to book tribute weekend got a card through post special rang to book only to be told booking no longer available asked to speak to a supervisor as i only recieved the offer that day they went to check guess what offer is available very poor communicatin with staff

I go to this hotel on a regular basis four times a year. The staff are wonderful and the food ain't half bad neither. I will definitely recommended if you are wondering where to go.
