long live the personal touch.

had slight problem accessing the online 'brochure booking site. So, made a call, spoke to very helpful woman (no scrolling thru endless options) who was able to action the booking exactly as required. Long live the personal touch. Thanks

The person who handled our booking…

The person who handled our booking looked for the best deal and discount on the 4-day break.
The booking was dealt with immediately in a polite manner.
Time was taken to enquire about Car Parking spaces.
Happy with the service and cost of the holiday

Customer Service excellent

I did an on line booking but made a mistake with the date during the process.
I rang the following day explained my error and the trip was very quickly rebooked by a very pleasant member of the team.
