Logs were log shaped and came on time , what more can I say.

Easy to order, good choice of options, easy and prompt delivery, on time and easy to track. The logs I ordered were again of good quality and a good size for our multi-fuel stove. All good, would definitely recommend UK Logs Direct. Thanks.

Have used this company for several years. They are a little more expensive than others but they have a Good selection of quality kiln dried logs, which are chopped up into nice size pieces. Delivery is quick and you can choose a delivery date. Delivery company has electric pump trucks which makes off loading much easier. My experience of their customer service has been positive.

I ordered a full pallet of the pinikay heat logs and half a pallet of the ruf hardwood birch briquettes.
They are both very good, though it's hard to start the pinikay heat logs directly, once they are burning they really provide a lot of heat in a small log, and last around an hour before I need to put a new one on the stove. The pinikay are close to "real" logs in that they don't fall apart and burn down to embers. To get the pinikay heat logs going I use a fire lighter to get one of the RUF briquettes burning and that then is good enough to get the pinikay going (I've bene told you can also break the pinikay up into smaller bits which makes them easier to get going, but that didn't work for me without using a lot of flamers.
Now that UK Logs have switched delivery company for my area (the previous delivery firm were very poor) I can totally recommend them as the logs arrived on the specified day.
Just be warned that this is a lot of weight, unless there is a surplus of offspring around to help move them you will probably need a sack trolley to move them into a wood store (which does need to be indoors, like all compressed wood heat logs they fall apart if they get wet)

Good company to deal with. Very good delivery. The pinikay oak logs that I bought are a bit more expensive than from some other suppliers, but I am convinced the ones from logs direct burn a lot longer.
