Missing Parcel

Missing Parcel

The package is in the "Delivered" status, but it has not been received. 100% parcel was left near the door, but they do not admit it.

OK, they started to contact me recently but still all I here is "sorry but we delivered your parcel to correct address "

Careless, disrespectful, just awful

It's hard to explain just how poor UKmail have been for me recently. I had 35 shipments which I was supposed to receive, UKmail managed to lose 3 of them. That's almost a 10% loss rate.

I continuously called enquiring about my packages and was repeatedly informed that someone would be in contact within 24 hours, but their phone calls never came. One operator decided to leave me on hold whilst she 'rang the depot', I waited on hold for one hour(!) but she did not return. The level of respect that they have for their customers is disgusting.

I cannot stress enough, please avoid UKmail. Please pay the extra couple of £ to use a courier who actually care about delivering packages such as DPD, UPS, Parcelforce or even DHL Express (a totally different operation to UKmail).

Just made my first purchase from tackle…

Just made my first purchase from tackle UK. arrived in good time .consisted of various items.one item missing.
reported it promptly and the item was replaced straight away. No hassle or fuss. excellent service
things go wrong sometimes in life but its putting it right asap gets my vote every time
will be using your service again with pleasure and confidence

Missing Parcel and Poor Service

The UKmail/DHL driver took a photo of my parcel on the doorstep but didn't knock on the door or ring the doorbell and just drove off, so we had no idea the parcel was there. The parcel has since gone missing, I'm presuming someone has taken it, but DHL are not interested in the matter. The only response I've had is that the driver said there was an Audi on the drive and someone answered. Poor service all round.

Order was supposed to arrive yesterday…

Order was supposed to arrive yesterday but didn't. No update on tracking link and the shipment number is not recognised when I call them so can't track the parcel! No idea where it is and if it's going to arrive at all! Absolute joke! Rubbish service.

DHL Parcel currently cannot collect and you cannot drop off why are they still accepting online bookings and taking money without letting customers know you only find out when you call the helpline the automated voice tells you but it's too late. You cannot contact them as they do not answer phones or email. I have reported them to my bank as there is no way to contact them. Absolutely appauling it's been weeks now.

Damage on my property

Appalling company; one of their drivers damaged and broke some large terracotta planters on my drive when he reversed into them on a delivery into the shared drive on private property. The right thing for the company to do would have been to reimburse me for the cost of the damage but the company were appalling to deal with and passed me around from one department to the other and didn’t resolve my complaint.

Uk mail very BAD. SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COST

Uk mail who are dhl/Uk mail this is the worst company going and all suppliers need to stop using them as I have had several parcels booked and paid extra on a next day delivery service by this delivery company and more than twice they have failed to deliver my parcels and use excuses to why they have not delivered even though night before delivery it shows at the delivery depot but by mid morning you get a e mail to say there has been issues and your delivery will now be made another day on a next working day delivery again there liars and that is not true as I ring them and they say it’s booked back for delivery in 3 days time what sort of service do they call this and how can they keep going doing this to customers so I highly believe if there driver has 200 drops he only picks up for EG - 100 and saids sod rest move them to another day as this is coincidental That this has happened to me 5 times within a month already I have complained to the company who I’ve ordered from and made them aware not forgetting each delivery was from different company’s each time but Uk mail still failed to to deliver to me and I get same E-Mail every time saying there has been an issue and we can not deliver today sorry about this we will aim to deliver another working day.
Uk mail need to investigate this correctly and pull there drivers over this or pull who ever is involved in this complaint what an discussing service from them and this could / will loose them contracts if there is nothing done about it.
They need to contact me directly to resolve this

Don’t use

Tractor part for over £120. Ordered from a lovely firm of eBay. It was collected by them, then lost in there system immediately. Customer services have been contacted several times and have been sent around in circles, and even though they had acknowledged they had collected the parcel, they then denied it. Very poor service. I don’t like being lied to.

Top notch service

This is my second order recently with TACKLE UK, to date only one item, new white hybridlastic has been unavailable. This is good because I didn't believe they would have all I was after. The delivery service has always turned up as foretold, could not really ask for more. Top notch service, long may it continue.
