On time, can wait for us and very reliable

Our driver, Khalid, was absolutely brilliant! He drove us to our venue in horrific weather, on very challenging roads and still let us have a lot of fun

We hired a minibus for 11 people from UK Minibus Hire on the 6th of December for a children’s paintball trip, and the experience was absolutely fantastic.

The driver arrived perfectly on time, the minibus was spotless and very comfortable. After the game the kids came back a bit muddy, but the driver was incredibly understanding and friendly.

The driving was very smooth and careful, which gave us a lot of peace of mind, especially with children on board.

Highly professional service from start to finish — we would definitely use this company again and strongly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality transport.

Our driver was a very good and safe driver. He didn't flinch at some of the chat or exuberance in the back. We all felt very safe throughout our journeys. It was unfortunate he was late arriving, but we did just about manage to arrive at our destination on time.

We hired a driver/bus to take us to and from Twickenham, for the Rugby. They turned up on time and collected us at the same time. Getting out of Twickenham, after a game, is a nightmare but the driver made it really easy. A good price too, will use them again. Thank you.

If you value safety, respect, and reliability — stay far away.

We visited London with sixteen high school students from Sweden and booked a bus with this company. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst transport experiences we’ve ever had.

Before our trip, we clearly communicated multiple times via email the exact number of passengers and luggage. The company then requested additional payment, which we paid. Despite this, they sent a smaller bus than agreed upon.

Our students were forced to carry their suitcases on their laps during the entire ride — not only extremely uncomfortable, but also unsafe.

For our return trip, we were told they would fix the issue and send a larger vehicle. Yet again, the same small bus arrived, and the driver demanded an extra £20 in cash before letting us board.

This company showed zero responsibility, poor communication, and complete disregard for safety. As a school traveling with minors, we were shocked by the unprofessional behavior.

We’ve organized many student trips across Europe, and this was by far the most disappointing and stressful experience we’ve had.

I strongly advise others — especially schools or group travelers — to avoid this company.
