This is the second time I have bought solid oak doors from the company. The first a few years ago were excellent quality.
Sadly the recent 4 doors purchased were not of the same quality with the fascia panels not attached correctly on 2 of the doors and required reattaching

We want to assure you that we take great care in dispatching quality products and addressing any concerns raised.
However, when a return is arranged through a third-party carrier, any damages incurred during transit must be addressed with the carrier responsible for the return.

All good until it came to delivery
All good until it came to delivery. Either UK Oak Doors or their transport operatives cannot read a simple instruction for delivery times. Most builders work 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday and expect deliveries to take place within that time frame.
