The doors came promptly
The doors came promptly. Excellent product. I had doors, hinges and handles. All superior quality. The only reason for losing one star is I’ve asked if the glass in the doors is safety glass. No reply received and no markings on the glass to make me think it is? Is that even legal with low glass in doors?

Efficiency in all aspects
Such efficient, friendly service. Needed to change date of delivery several times but this posed no problem to staff and it was arranged so efficiently. The delivery driver was also excellent, taking doors to garage. As an 80+ lady I so appreciated everything.

Feedback
Service, door and delivery were great however the quality control was a little lacking. I know wood is natural however knots on the routered edges where it is hard to fill and decorate let it down.

A real disaster
A real disaster. The skirting boards are two different colours.
No comments... a disgraceful experience.
Pity I can't attach the picture of the pieces of different colours and the invoice.

A positive ordering experience
The ordering experience was a positive one - William was very helpful getting me a quote for 15 doors and subsequently placing the order. The lead time was longer than I anticipated as we selected to get the doors pre-finished, and expected delivery falls in a week where we are away, however William said he would do his best to see if the finishing team could get the doors finished a week earlier or alternatively deliver a week later. We are yet to receive the doors so I cannot comment on quality or whether my requests around delivery have been followed.
