No problems, goods as described and prompt delivery

Really good service however it would be great to offer NI shipping rate at checkout rather than having to pay after ordering, it slows the ordering process down.

However customer service are always quick to send invoice and process order, and always happy with the product.

If they resolve NI shipping at checkout it would be 5 stara

Good service. Very fast delivery after being dispatched. I used to order from another company that has now been discontinued. All in all good value, customer service was very helpful with a query about my order. Would buy from again

We buy many double wall boxes as our products are heavy, we tried ukpackaging's 'double wall' boxes and can report they were less strong than the single wall we buy, we complained and sent pictures but were told we had ordered the 'wrong' type. Not sure you can order the wrong type if their description is double wall. Not fit for purpose, we will stay with our other suppliers.

Order placed and paid for yet delays in production of boxes which has now created major shipping issues.
What I detest about all packaging companies is that as a small business you are having to pay pro forma and then it is in lap of gods as to whether your order will be completed and delivered on schedule. This has now happened on last 3 orders where I have to chase. The Customer Service is great and helpful so this is all down to the inability of production scheduling and for two weeks I have been chasing to get an answer for my order placed on 01 July. I am led to believe this is a major problem with their production. If that's case don't take pre payment and treat your customers with respect and fairness.
