Always the cheapest for the items i buy and a fast delivery service

I ordered a rotastak space command cage off ukpetsupplies. First, I thought the website was easy to use and the prices were very reasonable. The cage was actually £20 cheaper than in pets at home for example. The cage arrived quickly which was good but when I opened my package, I was really disappointed as the cage was cracked in 2 places. I emailed them straight away to let them know about the situation. They weren't overly sorry or helpful to be honest with there response. I did receive a replacement part for my cage, however, when it was sent to me, the part was cracked. Not as bad as the first time but still damaged. I do like the cage and the price but all the hassle I had, sometimes I think it would have been better to buy it from a shop for more money.

great cage but i would have liked some plastic panels around the sides of the first level this would have stopped the degus rodents from throwing all the sawdust out of the cage could be better because of this one hiccup but it is still quite a good cage maybe someone will take this constructive critisisme when designing futer cages please

If you have a dog with a itch problem dont hesitate any longer get a jar of the SOOTHIT CREAM with lavendar oil i tried the Tea Tree oil and found it too severe it just agrivated the soreness The SOOTHIT CREAM was a instant relief for my little dog

Excellent item recieved very quickly and well packaged. The website is very good and easy to use.

I have used a lot of different online aquatic stores & UKPetSupplies.com is by far the best. The website is easy to use, they tell you before you buy anything how long each item will take, then they followed it up with an email a few days later to say when those items were due.

As for the price, all I need to say us CHEAP!

I only spent £53, but saved over £12 compared to other sites, stores, etc.

Price was fairly reasonable given nowhere seems to sell degu food. However when the box was opened, 3 out of 5 of our bags were ripped down to one side and half the food had fallen out. This was clearly a fault with the packaging or perhaps we were sent the goods not suitable for the shop floor.

Ordered puppy food and when supplier discovered that it had been discontinued immediately contacted me and refunded cost of purchase. I reordered a different variety of same food. Very happy with how this was handled and also speed of delivery

I LOVE THE PRODUCTS SO I ALWAYS GO TO THEM. HOWEVER, ONE PRODUCT OPENED IN THE PACKAGE SO THERE WAS BIRD SEED ALL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BAG. I'D RECOMMEND ASKING FOR A BOX WHEN GETTING PRODUCTS FROM THEM. I USUALLY ASK WHEN I GET THE SAND PAPER FOR BIRD CAGES BECAUSE OTHERWISE THEY ARE ALL RUMPLED AND RUINED.
