Faheem, Sarah, and Nouran was extremely helpful and supportive when helping me apply for uni. They was very patient with me and made me feel more then confident heading into my uni interview. Their instructions and guidance couldn’t have been any more clear and so I would like to give my thanks to them.

It has been lovely dealing with these wonderful people, Omar and Hannah. They were both very polite and kind and helpful, and their supportive and caring attitude gave me the confidence to apply for this course and took the time to patiently answer all my questions. I really didn't want to write this, but here I am with a genuine review. They reached out to me on LinkedIn offering a position. Had a lovely conversation with HR. However, never received a response to the conversation. I followed up twice with the person who had reached out to me initially; however, there was NO response at all. Just a quick piece of advice: Could you please respond to the messages even if it's NO from your side, as it will show your professionalism and represent your company at the same time? Thankyou.

I had never been through the process before so they made things easy to understand and answered any questions, resulting in an unconditional offer. Highly recommend if you want to start university but unsure where to start!

My experience with platinum services was great! I was assigned to Mo and Sarah, who were so helpful and efficient. Any time I needed help or wanted to ask any questions I was able to contact them directly. I am very grateful for their help as I am now enjoying studying Health and Social Care!

Was first put in touch with Hannah, and then Omar, both dealt with my application with prestige!!!
Great communication skills, speedy responses and although the process ended being abit longer than expected was still pretty seamless and easy to manage and understand and do on my own schedule with support if necessary, would suggest to anyone whi is looking to start UNI 18 or 32 like me it's never to late to follow your passion!!! I had a very positive experience with Platinum Services throughout my university application process. The team was professional, supportive, and always there to guide me whenever I needed help.

I would especially like to thank Mr. Abdo Aziz Al Masri (عبدو العزيز المصري), who helped me a lot with preparing for my university interview. He was always in contact with me, followed up with me, and supported me throughout the preparation. His advice and encouragement gave me much more confidence.
