Failed to deliver the full order. Emailed customer support and I was told they had no confirmed date for when the missing item would be available.

At no point did they offer a proper resolution or take responsibility for failing to supply a complete order. As the customer, I was left waiting with no timescale and no certainty that I would ever receive what I had paid for. Over a month on. Still nothing.

I would not recommend ordering from them based on how this issue has been handled.

If there were less than 1 star that is what I would be giving them. I have not received my order, and despite multiple emails, I am still waiting back for a reply back from UKsoccershop. I am still waiting for a refund! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! THIS IS A SCAM!

I had given myself too short of a delivery window due to my payday and the very important and only day I was allowed to wear this shirt at work other than my usual work uniform... IT ARRIVED THE NIGHT BEFORE! ... I got to wear it at work, it was nice and breathable during the heatwave, it was a concept shirt and I got many compliments from my coworkers. Thank you for the good day, I think it even helped my confidence some.

I ordered a jersey for my son and also some shorts, I was immediately skeptical of the quality compared to the price I paid (the kids jersey was nearly 100$ and it was cheap feeling/looking), I washed and dried according to directions and the lettering was peeling immediately. I contacted them and they initially emailed back to ask me to send them pictures, but once I did, they've ghosted me and I never received a refund or any response to try to make it right.

ZERO STARS. ORDERED. PAID. 3-5 day delivery. I DO NOT HAVE MY SHIRT. CAN’T GET HOLD OF THEM.
IF YOU WANT TI GIVE £60 AWAY. GIVE THESE CHARLATANS YOUR MONEY

Dreadful service. If you want stuff delivered late with appaling customer service then this is your best bet. Phone service is disconnected, generic email replies and overall lousy. Rubbish.

Excellent website to navigate and quick postage

Purchased a football shirt with name and number on the back. Was told shipping would be 5-8 buisness days, when I emailed asking where my order was I was told it wasnt even sent yet even though it had said "in transit" for a week. It ended being over ten business days and arrived with no printing on the back. Terrible service will not use again!

I have got the Airo Portugal jersey with Diogo Jota name on the back. The letters started to come off before first wash. I paid around €75 with delivery. It's a proper scam. I'll definitely stay away and never shop again here.

Happy that my email to get the name changed on the England shirt was actioned asap when received. Quality for child’s England kit amazing. Very happy with purchase. Worth paying almost double from other sites as the smaller sizes were not available. So cute, looking forward to seeing grandson in it.

Do not waste your time with this lot. Bought a top and paid for delivery, a week later, still nothing so I emailed to ask where it was and they didnt even know when it would be shipped. I requested my money back and they said id have within 3-5 day. Here we are 3 weeks later and still no refund. Absolute scam! AVOID!
