Received an email saying my whole order…
Received an email saying my whole order had shipped, then 1/3 items arrived. I had to then email them to say what had happened because they were not aware (not sure how!). They then offered a refund- I replied asking where were the products I actually ordered and no reply. Won’t be using this website again as this isn’t the first time either.

No complaints
In all honesty, i have been using this site for over 12 months now and never really had any issues. Jas communicates if they jave any problems their end and sorts the problem. (I onnce ordered some juice which was showing in stock but actually they had ran out. He texts and we got it soterd). I will be ordering from them again!!

I’m disappointed to say I agree with…
I’m disappointed to say I agree with the recent 1‑star reviews. I paid £60 and have received nothing except a generic holding email:
“Thank you for your patience, and apologies for the inconvenience. I have raised this with the shipping team, and I will get this sorted.”
Since then, there has been no update, no delivery, and no reassurance. £60 paid and nothing to show for it.
