Experience with UllaPopken.de is generally good.

The things I am least impressed with is the knitwear.

I like the dresses, I like that a lot of them have got pockets and the quality is generally OK. I also find helpful that you indicate the overall length of the dress in the description.

In previous years I have had to restrain myself, finding many items that appeal. Not so in the last year, 2025.

I rarely find sth I like in the shops, but more often online where I found some of my favourite dresses.

Awful nasty company who sent debt collectors to me for a payment they said I owed after THEY made a mistake on my returns. Nasty nasty nasty. Buyers beware!

This is a review on the invoicing and return/credit notes.

Invoices/credit notes are difficult to see through. The prices of the returned item, is not listed together with the discount/reduction (if there has been any), and the discounts has a 'name' that does not always indicate to which item it belongs.

It has made it rather difficult for me (and time consuming), to check if the right amount og money has been returned.

F.eks. I have received a mail saying that I will get a refund of 479 kr + 479 kr + 549 kr = 1507 kr. - and that this amount can be reduced due to discounts- which is fine. But.... I never receive anything that tell the amount to be returned. In this particular case it is 1412,30 kr. And for me to figure out whether it is right/wrong I have to find the invoice and use time to finde the right figures and calculate it manually.

Regarding the clothes.
I actually like the clothes, they great variety and the many wonderful colours. I also like how easy it is to return the clothes that does not fit me. But I do not like the unclarity in the credit notes. - that they are so difficult to .

And I have not ordered anything since august, because that part of returning/credit notes confuses me.

It shoulde be simple and more transparent.

I can't understand what's going on with Ulla Popken. Well, the quality has gotten worse, the sizes don't match, they wrote about it here without me, but I want to tell you my story. My birthday was on September 2nd and I made three orders, we were having a retro party. I ordered black dresses and vests for myself and my sisters (it was cool outside in the evening). Everyone who orders on this site knows that now they charge for delivery despite the order amount and promise expedited delivery. I didn't receive a single order by my birthday. I had to urgently go to the shops, buy clothes. Ulla Popken simply ruined my birthday. I contacted the support service (they should have changed their name a long time ago to a service for completely ignoring buyers) and sent them, probably, three letters, explaining that they simply ruined my birthday. They didn't even apologize to me, they simply didn't answer me. Two weeks have passed and I have received only one of my orders, of course, I will have to send everything back - this is simply not necessary already. By the way, I didn't get an answer to my question about the orders either. There was a problem with the return label - there was no answer either. Bottom line: if everything goes smoothly (which has been happening less and less lately), then most likely everything will be fine, but as soon as you have a problem - this problem becomes yours, because the company doesn't care about the buyer. The motivation, as I understand it, is this - there is a return. Someday you will get this order. Don't need it anymore? - return it. Perhaps the problem is not only in the support service, which ignores buyers, but also in the delivery service, now it is UPS, but it would be logical to assume that if the service works so badly, it might be worth replacing it so as not to lose buyers, but, apparently, buyers are unimportant. Too bad. This company could be ahead of the rest.

I bought a shirt that started falling apart at the seams in 3 places. I wanted to do a simple exchange but the salesperson told me I had to wait an hour for the boss. I bought another shirt and was assured they would send a voucher. They never did or they got the name wrong because I recieved a pick up slip in a man's name. After weeks of back and forth and a promise of a refund that never happened I had to contact the Konsumentenschutz! I'm appalled that after weeks of correspondence, they still can't spell my name properly in emails!

Fast and prompt delivery, free return of unwanted items, option of paying after receiving items.

Terrible customer service! I waited for an answer for a week and even though gave them all evidence, that I didn't get my order (tracking info), they just ignored my claim - told me to ask neighbors and read FAQ's. Never got my order/or money back. Don't order!!!

There was no English on the .DE website - only German and not everyone in Luxembourg speaks German. The .EU website had English but wouldn't deliver to Luxembourg (which I only discovered at the checkout). Google translated most of the site's content for me but it would be better if you had offered an English (or French) option. The order was quickly dispatched and delivered

The products have a very good quality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They lose one out of three returned items (in the same box), blame it on me and expect me to solve it for them by filling in extra insurrance forms.

English below - Si sono dimenticati di spedire l'ordine e l'hanno fatto solo dopo che li ho sollecitati. Hanno scelto la tariffa postale più economica, con tempi di consegna lunghissimi. Mi hanno mandato un numero di tracking che non funziona (la tariffa economica non prevede tracking!). Ed era un regalo, ordinato sulla base dei tempi di consegna indicati sul loro sito. Ho fatto una pessima figura per colpa di questi disorganizzati incapaci. Evitateli assolutamente.
They forgot to ship the order and only did it after I urged them. They chose the cheapest postal rate, with very long delivery times. They sent me a tracking number that doesn't work (the cheap rate doesn't include tracking!). And it was a gift, ordered based on the delivery times indicated on their website. I made a terrible impression because of these disorganized incompetents. Avoid them absolutely.
