New door and lock
Having had the new door and lock for less then a week it is far to early to be able to make any relevant comment on the lock, the lock works well and does its job

Mixed feelings
The new lock seems to work well. However it replaced another Ultion lock which was only two years old and nothing but trouble. The key got stuck in the lock(again) this time as we were leaving for the airport. We had to have it replaced fast, otherwise I probably would have chosen a different brand.

Paid 7.99 for next business day del was late.…
Ordered the key paid 7.99 for next business day delivery didn't come till later. Key was urgently needed for care purposes. Called ultion themselves to be told by a girl on phone they won't do anything for 7 days. Absolutely useless whish I went with cheaper more reliable competitor.
