I’ve gone through 3 rings in 14 months.
Lucky I got the 2 year warranty.
It’s shockingly unreliable. Battery is bad. Degrades super quick. Their marketing promises great battery life but doesn’t deliver.
Their support is sometimes ok. But this time I’ve found them to be extremely bad.
They say it’s a connection isssue. But my ring can’t charge past 7%. Now it’s at 0%. No matter how long I leave it on charge.
I probably should’ve got an Apple Watch or something. The price is like equivalent

I was having some issues with the battery of my ring, I was thoroughly walked through some trouble shooting steps! It was very easy to get in contact with someone and Sameer was very helpful! After seeing the trouble shooting did not help he was able to help me get a replacement ring. Great customer service.

Bought this ring about a year ago. Stopped using/ wearing it after about six months because it can’t stay charged for longer than about 8 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous for the price and claim that it is supposed to last up to 4-5 days. Nothing tracks because the ring does not stay connected to my phone. I’ve tried to restart the ring both ways and it still dies immediately. terrible product.

The app is good and I love the ring itself, but after about 4 months of use, It died one day and was never able to reconnect again. I went through all of the troubleshooting issues but nothing worked. Prior to my experience today, I have had 3 phone calls, sent about 6 emails (only 2 got a response), and spoke with support for HOURSS on end until i eventually gave up because I am a nursing student who doesn’t have a lot of time to waste. Plus the replies are repative when Ive given CLEAR information. Today I finally had a free day and wanted to get this expensive ring actually working or replaced, so I took the time necessary to deal with support. I waited 40 minutes to even get connected and an additional 3 hours of conversing, with about 10-30 minutes between replies. My ring was a gift bought for me and I am not longer in contact with the person. They said they needed an invoice which I understand, but people I’ve spoke with before were able to confirm that the ring was purchased by the barcodes on the box, so I truly did NOT understand the fuss. At about hour 2 they said they could replace it, and proceeded to say 30 minutes later the still need the invoice. They then sent me my ex’s information as the address to send to, so they obviously had the purchase history? Very confused about that, but it’s whatever. Eventually it did end up working out and I am getting a new ring delivered, so I am very very grateful my time wasn’t ENTIRELY wasted. I don’t want to come off as nasty but this was SO frustrating, but I am really happy they worked with me to get this figured out. The 2 stars is due to the absolute headache and waste of time this ring and customer service has caused me. For a device of this price it should not have so many issues, especially as I read these reviews. Time will tell if the ring actually gets delivered to me. This experience has made me wish I chose the OURA ring instead. I am also fearful because my warranty is up in july, so what happens when this ring eventually fails on me too?😒

At first, I had some issues with changing the ring size due to management-related matters, which was a bit frustrating. However, once I contacted the support team, the situation was resolved very efficiently.
I would especially like to highlight their responsiveness and willingness to help throughout the process. In the end, the experience turned out to be positive thanks to their good customer service.
Overall, although there was an initial setback, the support team handled it very well and I was satisfied with the solution.

I received the ring as a gift. I purchased the UltrahumanX insurancein the app, I have had ring for about a month, it stopped holding a charge, reached out to customer service and they said without an order number they will not replace it. I have the box and they can see that its Their ring. This seems to be a COMMON issue with the ring...so just replace it. They are telling my nothing they can do.. HORRIBLE customer service.
