The first ring I received would not connect at all. It was obviously defective, and it took several emails before they consented to send a replacement. The ring was bigger than the sample, and it took several more emails to convince them to send a smaller ring. After some time, the ring no longer works properly. They refuse to work with me to get another ring but want me to "trade" it in and upgrade. I will not be spending more money with this company. *EDIT*. After this review was published, they did send a new ring. We will see how long it works, and if it is consistently off from my other fitness items.

Ultrahuman has truly become my personal health coach. I really enjoy both the depth of data and the way the app presents and interprets it.
I’ve especially liked the new PowerPlugs, the seamless integration of data from the Ring and Blood Vision, and the intuitive goal-setting within the app.
My interactions with the support team and coaches have also been consistently positive, they’re prompt, helpful, and effective in resolving queries.
No monthly subscription is a big relief as well. 10/10 recommendation.

The ring lost battery retention after less than one year. Customer service claims to have lost tracking data (technical issues, I have screen shots) and offered no resolution citing contract. This is NOT a product you want as there are better options. More to come tomorrow but DO NOT BUY

I originally purchased the ring through Kickstarter and have generally been satisfied with its functionality.
The Ultrahuman Air is the only smart ring I’ve owned, so I don’t have much basis for comparison. However, I have been disappointed with the battery quality.
I backed the product in late 2023 and have since received two replacement rings. Unfortunately, all of them have experienced significant battery degradation in less than a year. The most recent replacement, which I received in August 2025 (less than 7 months ago), is now showing the same issues. Even in power-saving mode, the battery lasts less than 2.5 days.
The product works well as long as you maintain their subscription that covers defects (Ultrahuman X). Unfortunately, I ran into issues when renewing my subscription and exceeded the 30-day renewal window before completing it.
While Ultrahuman support has been kind enough to initiate a refund process, I don’t understand why it was still possible to purchase the subscription after the eligibility window had already passed.
I would like to think that I have simply been unlucky, but with the same issue across three different rings I doubt that is the case.

These rings were for me and my wife to help us with our health journey after our baby boy's birth 8 months ago. Twenty-four hours after the order, I got an email saying that the sizing kit for my ring had been shipped. The next morning, I contacted the support team asking about my other half's sizing kit. I was told to wait and that it would be sent soon; if not, to contact them in 24 hours. After 24 hours, I contacted them and was talking with Abhimanyu, who was very nice and said that it might very well be that only one sizing kit was sent for both of us. I asked, in that case, how I was supposed to record her size, as the dispatch of the sizing kit activates the size menu on their site, which is not activated for her. He asked me to call them back to let them know of the size. I did mention during this and the previous conversation that I felt that something was not right and I was getting the hunch that something was wrong. He assured me that everything would be fine and he'd call me back after 30 minutes to let me know what was happening with the sizing ring issue.
He called after an hour and 20 minutes to say that we should have been sent two sizing kits, but for some reason, the operational service in the UK had sent only one, and that he had escalated it and he'd call back within 24 hours to inform me why the sizing kit hadn't been sent. In the meantime, he asked me to continue as discussed before.
Thirty-six hours passed by without any contact, and it turns out that my wife and I have the same ring sizes: 7 on index and ring fingers, and 8 on middle fingers. And there were small discrepancies in sizes between the left and right hand. Having only one size ring was proving difficult, and hence I decided to call and ask what was happening with the sizing kit and if there was any follow-up.
This time it was Lakshmi on the phone, who informed me that Abhimanyu had recorded in his notes that the issue was resolved and we were going to sort it out with one sizing kit. When I tried to explain to her that we never agreed that there should be only one sizing kit, and that he had even said that he was going to call me in 24 hours as to why the second sizing kit was never dispatched, she rudely and abruptly stopped me, saying that there was never a second sizing kit, as it was only one order. I was baffled and startled at this point, as I always believed it was two rings in one order and both the rings were given separate order numbers. When I challenged her with this information with the order numbers, she said that I didn't understand and it was only one order. At this point, I lost all faith in their sales process and their customer service. If this is just the beginning of the process of sizing the rings and there are so many issues, if there are some problems with the rings, be it battery life or connectivity, how are they going to handle it?
I just asked her to cancel the order, and then again there were glitches, as she canceled only a part of the order and needed a senior who had to cancel the other part, which was the subscription. Their whole process is in shambles. I managed to get my order canceled after being on the phone for over 40 minutes.
Bottom line, they have a vision and marketing hype, but they still don't have the ethics and customer service.
And on top of it, as I'm writing this review, I get a message from Athik who wants to help me choose a product, and I had requested support 5 days ago to help me choose between air or a diesel ring.
It's made the whole experience sour and traumatic, especially for two healthcare workers who are trying to get into healthy living after their child's birth.

I am having issues with the ring battery life and connection to the app. The customer service has been massively disappointing and I have no idea when the issue will be resolved. Endless customer service team speaking from script - incredibly frustrating.
Further to the above and numerous correspondence to Ultrahuman the issue has been satisfactorily resolved. I would however suggest the company resolve the lack of communication within the Customer Service team.

I purchased my Ultrahuman Ring in September 2024 and it has been working perfectly from day one. This is genuinely a great product that has made a real, positive difference in how I track my health, sleep, activity, and overall wellbeing.
The support team has been excellent every single time I've needed help (which hasn't been often). Responses are always fast, friendly, and very competent.
Recently I started experiencing some battery drain issues. The support agent guided me step-by-step through checking the stats, doing a restart, and running diagnostics — super easy and clearly explained. The app itself is very user-friendly, intuitive, and — best of all — completely free.
When the battery problem continued after troubleshooting, I contacted support again about a week ago. They quickly arranged a replacement, and I received a brand-new ring delivered to Norway in just few days. Keep in mind Norway is not a prioritized/priority shipping country for many brands, so this speed and care really impressed me.
The build quality of the ring is premium, it looks good, feels comfortable, and delivers accurate and useful health insights every day.
100% recommended product and company. I'm already looking forward to ordering the Ultrahuman Ring Pro when it becomes available in my country.
