The Finishing Touch

I was unable to complete the purchase of products that I needed for the window treatment in my new home. I went to Umbra directly and 1-2-3, the missing drapery rods are now on their way to me! Terrible

Terrible! Terrible attitude towards customers. I tried to return the product back to the store. They tell me that tge package is broken and there, re missing a blue little bag with a screw in it, so the product cannot be returned. The Clainton manager doesn't make any concessions. Although I explained that the cost of any product includes a certain % of the cost of defects, theft and loss of parts, and there must be a way to return the product, despite the lack of a screw. I had to call the customer services, where they put me in touch with a supervisor. Despite the fact that I was allowed to return the goods. She decided to tell me that on the next time I should know the rules of the store. If she has rights to tell me what I should ... I have rights also say how the company should do their business with the customers. I gave an example... I am an interior designer, if I will spec their goods for my project and if the client doesn’t like something after installation... The client return a certain amount of goods, without packaging, with missing screws. And after that my clients will have to go through this nonsense? This service will be putting me in a bad position, because I was spec Umbra to a client. What the supervisor says to me is a matter of another case. So I'm a client of different case? This is how you devide who is important, and with whom you can do bad business? This is very unprofessional. Your business exist because of us - customers. Even one time purchasing. Even with tight pockets. All clients has to go with easy process. I won't recommend you to anyone. I hope that after this comment, the company will think and be able to provide a decent service. You don't even deserve a star from me.

By the way... The paper holder is designed not correct. It's not hold the standard size of the paper towel. I even tried to add a metal stick. But its stupid. That's why you will see how many returns will happend

I really like the items I ordered...but

I really like the items I ordered...no complaints. However, I have just been on my computer for 45 minutes trying to figure out how to print off your invoice for my records, to no avail. The invoice prints, but much of the information that shows on the screen is missing from the printed invoice! That occurred twice when using the "PRINT" icon at top right of the invoice on th screen. When I went to "file"to print from there, only the left half of the page was visible. Why do you not put a printed invoice IN THE BOX when the item shipped??? Or, AT LEAST enable your customers to print a complete invoice from your website or from the email confirming the order???
