I'm impressed.

I bought this for the style and colour. On closer examination, it has a number of features which set it above others. Metal zips are sadly a dying breed but this top features a strong, two way metal zip which my chinchillas can't chew. The fabric is hard wearing, the satin adds some character and the size guide was extremely useful, it fits perfectly. I'm impressed. :)

Sold as Wool but only cotton

I bought some things online in the sale which were advertised as wool and merino wool. They felt strange when I received them, I checked the label it was only cotton. I contacted them to return and never heard from them. Really disappointed

Unique independent fashion label

I've ordered from Unconditional in 2017, late 2022 and 2023. I love the items, they're unique, stylish and super comfy. They're also usually way too expensive to buy so it was great to see a really cheap sample sale on recently. Got it confused with another shop after receiving a mailing list email and checked the trust pilot thinking it was that one, sad to see the reviews are all bad but assume that's due to the period between the death of the founder and the new management. I've always had a good experience.

Don’t waste your money on this brand

Bought a piece online but the company send me the wrong size! A lot of e-mails back and forth but they did never send me a new one and in the end they stopped all communication. Don’t waste your money here!

Dead owner, dead brand

Looks like the owner/designer died in 2019 and the site has just been scamming people since then. I tried to order two shirts and the only accepted payment method listed on their site is TransferWise (renamed Wise in 2021), which I refused to use.

I had previously had a good experience back in 2017 but I tried to make an order in June 2020 but had problems and after a while someone replied and said things were a bit slow, but gave me a contact number for enquiries (no one answered or replied on the number). In July, I was reminded by email about a shopping cart with an item in and proceeded to make an order with a payment request, thinking things were working, I made a payment via transferwise for £308. The item disappeared on the website so I thought it was purchased - but since then I have heard nothing. I have tried phoning, texting, emailing and contacting them by social media countless times - but no answer at all. If I receive no contact soon I shall be taking them to the small claims court. It's a shame because their clothes are good quality and well designed. There is no information about whether the company is still trading, or whether there are problems and delays. I feel that my money has been stolen and as I bought this n my credit card, interest is accruing too. What a shambles!

As of Dec 2020 still no communication or acknowledgement - they are pure thieves !!

goods never received - no response to refund request

Placed a bespoke order in Dec 2019, received half the items, (delayed) now unresponsive to all contact for 5 months, despite polite requests for updates. A significant refund is well overdue, after a lot of patience. ! Unconditionally untrustworthy!
