Bought a high gloss radiator grille for my Mk6/7 Fiesta. Beautiful finish on new grille and fitted perfectly. I sprayed grease on tabs to make replacement a bit easier. Very happy and much better look to my car.

Ordered some gloss carbon fibre wing mirror covers for a skoda octavia. Within a couple of hours of placing the order the item was shipped and received the day after (I did pay for express and it defo was)

I ordered a part from this company but upon receipt found it to be damaged, after speaking to Dave who was more than helpful, he said a replacement would be sent out for delivery the next day without any hesitation, my sincere thanks for resolving the situation so quickly.

Having ordered a part from a different, well-known online marketplace previously, only to have it arrived badly packaged and broken, I decided to contact Underground Parts before ordering from them to make sure the same thing wouldn't happen from them.
I couldn't have been further from the truth! Dave, their customer service rep, emailed me back within 24 hours to reassure me that the part would be properly packaged, and said if I had any further questions, just to ask. I decided to buy the part, and got another email from Dave to say they had my order and would let me know when it was shipped. As I hoped, the part arrived in one piece, very well packaged, and in very swift time after ordering. The quality of the part seemed to be much higher than the previously broken one we'd recieved from the big-name as well, with it being much sturdier.
Overall, their level of detail to customer service and the actual quality of the parts they are selling is second to none, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future.

When I visited the web site there was a little confusion as to whether or not the part i identified would fit my car. I contacted U/P and was assured it would fit. I made an online purchase and the communication from U/P and Fedex was outstanding, telling me when parts were dispatched and when I should see them. I ordered a rear bumper protector for my Golf SV. It arrived in a few days via Fedex. I was careful in cleaning the bumper and using the alcohol swabs supplied before CAREFULLY fitting the bumper. You only get one shot! (The backing on the adhesive tape was awkward, but sliding a sharp knife under the edge to start it made it easier.) It’s a perfect fit and looks good, much better than a scratched bumper!

I placed an order for a wing mirror cover, which I assumed to have been stolen overnight from my car. The confirmation email came in quickly, and I was pleased with the price and easy-to-use system. Later that day, my neighbour came to the door and presented me with the wing mirror, which I can only assume had been blown off the car thanks to storm Ashley the previous night and ended up in his garden. I sent an email and made a quick call to cancel the order, which was handled superbly; the money was refunded immediately to PayPal, and the whole process was hassle-free and professional. If I need to buy from this company again, I will not hesitate. Top marks for excellent customer service.

I bought a wingmirrow cover for my Corsa E and wanted to make sure it was the correct one, they replied to me promptly and did not make me feel stupid at all. The product came as listed, decent price compared to my local area and arrived and was wrapped really well to protect the item. Would definitely recommend these guys if you are ever unsure, don’t hesitate to message them. Adam is a sweetheart and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or asking the silly ones either. Sometimes when places have too many good reviews they usually are too good to be true, not this place! Customer service is 10/10. Will be using them in the future :)
