Everything was perfectly arranged: from the visa processing and flight bookings to comfortable accommodation located very close to the holy sites, which made performing our rituals so much easier. The transportation arrangements were always on time, and the guides provided were knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful in explaining the rites and traditions clearly.

The team was always available to answer our queries, addressed every concern promptly, and took great care of our comfort and safety throughout the trip. It was reassuring to travel with an agency that pays such attention to detail and treats every pilgrim with respect and care.

They lied about the accommodation and flight which were subpar. Guides and upper management lack empathy and basic customer service skills. I won’t go into detail, may Allah deal with them accordingly. I hate that this was my first umrah experience. Please do not make the same mistake as me.

The company is a scam, poor services, unreliable, poor communication, ticket fraud, and overall a horrible company not worth devaluing. The fact this company is still running is a shock

A dishonest, and a bunch of arrogant and tribialist trolls, who have little respect for people. All they care about is money and they do not place much emphasis on the customer satisfaction. In brief, these scammers require an intensive training on general mannerism and customer service.
Poor communication combined with sheer arrogance was utilised with customers. Also, decent and honest people were deleted from the Umrah group chat once they voiced their opinions. What a shame!!!! "This goes to show the company overall treatment towards its customers. NEVER AGAIN!!!! ACUUDU BILLAH!

I had a great Umrah experience with United worldwide travel. They took us to loads of different sights and showed us around. They were so helpful and really made me and my son’s experience a fulfilling one. I would definitely recommend this company and travel with them again myself! May Allah reward them!

Was able to visit many historic sites in both Makkah and madinah, including masjid quba, Jabal nour, Arafat, muzdalifah, Mina and many more. Masjid al haram was a short bus journey from our hotel and masjid an nabawi was a 2 minute walk from our hotel. The staff were kind and respectful, and provided many services including a coach from Makkah to madinah. I would recommend this service to anyone planning on performing hajj or in my case umrah.

I just come back from an umrah trip hosted by United worldwide travel and it was amazing. They took us to all the sites in Madina and gave us the best umrah experience you could imagine.

Excellent business who organized the best Umrah trip for us during the last 10 days of Ramadan. Allowed me to visit the home of Allah and have a beautiful experience in an excellent hotel. Great communication and it made my trip 10/10. May Allah reward them for what they’ve done for this ummah!

I have used United for many many years, I first went on hajj with them in 2009 and I have since even recommended this company to various friends and family, my sister has travelled with this company four times. Very professional but friendly company. It was my first time performing Umrah, and my journey with United World Travel was smooth and enjoyable. The management was amazing. My son and I had a wonderful experience, and I want to return with my entire family the following year.

The hotel was also spectacular. Nothing was wrong with the room that I was given. Everything they promised, was everything that I received. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. What else could you ask for?

The service was also amazing and I hope whoever is reading this to pick and trust United worldwide travel. They are truly amazing.

The workers were amazing and organized and I would definitely come back. They know how to make a group feel comfortable.

I am not happy with the experience I got from United Worldwide Travel. I travelled with this company for Umrah and it was the first time me and my brother went to Umrah together. I will never recommend this company to anyone because of the way they treated and the service they provided me was very bad. They are full of lies and they can never take criticism very well, if you complain they get angry.

They sent me a picture of one hotel telling me that I will stay and it looked like a good quality hotel but when I got to Makkah they put me in a different hotel which was bad quality and it was far from the shops and far from the Haram.

When I spoke to them they told me the other hotel is full and there’s nothing we can do about it. I got an unfair treatment and I’m not alone this also happened to many people. They don’t do any guidance for umrah and they don’t help with anything even if you get sick they will never help out.

It felt like they just took my money and ran away and left every man for himself. I don’t believe that everybody who works for this company are bad but I have seen some people who work with this company that are very bad and need to be trained and educated thoroughly because 1. They are working with humans and 2. They are making this company look bad and lose customers. They have ruined my first trip to umrah with my brother that is why I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will never come back, and i’m not alone in this feeling.

There are many people that cannot speak Arabic or English and can only speak Somali so they rely on company and this company does not help anyone all they do is they lie and cheat especially when taking groups of people to Umrah.

My experience with United Worldwide Travel was absolutely awful. I travelled with this company for Umrah and it was the first time my husband and I went to Umrah together. The service we received was terrible and what they promised and what we received was not the same.

The dishonesty is unbelievable, in order to lure us in they sent us pictures of a hotel that was nice and pleasing to the eye after we fully paid for everything that’s when they sent us a picture of another hotel which was the complete opposite and I could have paid a cheaper price for this hotel rather than me paying a lot of money for it. The pictures they sent us before we paid and the pictures they sent us after we paid were completely different which was very dishonest.

They took half of us to this hotel and the other half to the nicer hotel which was not fair because this shows me they chose who they gave a better service to and who not to give a good service to even though we all paid a large amount of money for this. Our hotel had no wifi available on the upper floors and it also had no washing machine available to wash our clothes. I then asked if I could wash my clothes at the other hotel since that hotel has washing machine available, I was then lied to by the person who sold me the ticket who was also staying at the other hotel (the nicer hotel) and said there was no washing machine. When I found out about the lie I was told I was extremely upset because of the lies. The dishonesty just kept on building up. The hotel we were refused was much closer to the Haram it’s literally 5minutes walk to the Haram, it has shops and cash machines close by whereas our hotel was further from the Haram and there were no shops and cash machines nearby.

When we brought this up to the management or the person who sold me this ticket they did not take it well and in fact they tried to lie to my husband even more which was totally unprofessional and lack of communication. The worst part is that on the day we were leaving me and my husband were deleted from the group chat we were on, they did this so we don’t find out any updates on how we can get to the airport and what time the coach was coming we had to ask the group we came with. What shocked me was the lack of care, the lack of respect, the lack of communication and the lack of professionalism we experienced especially after they took our money. It’s almost like they are trying to punish us for complaining and requesting what we paid for and then when we confront them they act dumb rather than sorting out the situation. Going forward I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone I know to this company.

My advice to United Worlwide Travel is you either change how you treat your customers, be honest and give them exactly what they paid for and look into your team by providing adequate training so that this sort of thing does not repeat itself or you will continue to get more negative feedback in the future by your future customers.

Before purchasing the tickets, hotel pictures were sent to me, and I agreed to it. After the purchase, another hotel pictures were sent. The dishonesty started from there, after reaching our destination, the hotel was completely the opposite of both pictures that were sent. Absolutely shambolic.

Further during our trip, we requested to know when we will be leaving to Medina and hope to head to Jeddah from there instead of coming to Medina. We spoke and deliberated and voted that we will be going straight to Jeddah from medina. The discussion and voting went out of the window, as if the discussion didn’t happen at all.

Waiting time for coaches and time departures, were complete joke, management are amateurs, unorganised and lack of communication.

Yet the disrespect and lack of communication, have left me to leave a review which words can’t be described or even worth a star.

I will never ever ever recommend this travel agency, taken money, stolen the joy of the trip and made the problems the highlight of this Umrah. They can’t be trusted at all.

To say this company is the worst is an understatement. They use a set of pictures to market their packages for the locations and hotels they have on offer and send people to completely different hotels. Filthy, disgusting and unhygienic hotels. Hotels that lack basic necessities and cleanliness.

Worse than this is how disjointed the management is, with lack of communication and guidance. Time keeping is the worse as well.

They treat people like they’re doing them a favour not realising that they have taken their money.

I would urge each and everyone who is thinking to use this company to think twice before they scam you off your hard earned cash.

If you want to travel with hones, truthworthy and have perfect Umra & Haj wuu qualified Sheikh who guides you through you umra then Travel with UNITED WORLWIDE TRAVEL LTD. I had a perfect time and really enjoyed.
