Started well…….
My initial impressions of United Carpets were very positive. The showroom experience was good, the staff were helpful, and the ordering process was straightforward.
Unfortunately, the after-sales service didn’t match that standard. During installation, the fitter creased the flooring, but this was blamed on the subfloor. I’m not convinced how the condition of the subfloor could have caused a crease to appear in the flooring during installation, and I didn’t feel my concerns were properly addressed.
After attempts to get rectified, I eventually gave up pursuing the issue. It’s a shame because the experience started so well, but the lack of after-sales support has left me disappointed.
Overall, while the initial experience was good, the after-sales service means I probably wouldn’t use United Carpets again

Rob and Danny were fantastic
Rob and Danny were fantastic! From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a very welcoming vibe from both staff members. We were able to walk around with-out any hassle and when we needed help Rob was sublime with all the workings out with our measurements/dimensions. We told Rob what we were looking for and he helped us find the most PERFECT carpets. Danny was also incredibly helpful regarding fittings and getting it booked in for us. We are incredibly happy with our visit. ALSO we were able to tick off another purchase we needed with a mattress with more help in finding the best one. Such a great store with great staff. Great service from start to finish
Great service from start to finish. Sales people very nice and patient when I couldn’t decide! And the fitters were great too, very friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate to go there again next time I need flooring.

Quality great and service excellent
Really pleased with the bed quality and the carpet quality. The carpet fitters were outstanding and went out of their way to take the greatest of care. There was a slight hiccup with the mattress at first as we got the wrong size delivered but it was soon rectified and all good now. Would definitely recommend to people.

New Mattress
Pleasant man at the store very helpful, and the added help that your delivery chaps took the old mattress away at a cost. But I was not in, my husband did say that the delivery guys were not particularly friendly, but maybe they had not had a good day, but never the less they took the new mattress up to the bedroom. But the mattress is very comfortable, which is important when you suffer with arthritis. Thank you United carpets.

Amazing job would highly recommend
I had carpet for the stairs and two bedrooms but as I was decorating at the time I asked for one of the bedrooms to be done a week later to give me time to move furniture from one room to another and decorate before the carpet went in. This was not a problem they said. The shop staff were brilliant, noted everything down and planned the dates. The fitter were amazing, friendly, considerate, worked quickly with a perfect result, tidied up and even fitted a floor divide in a doorway I had purchased from the shop but didn’t trust myself to do. I love it and recommend it to my mum and dad who have now ordered a carpet and a new bed. Thankyou

Never received my flooring. Error after error. Cancelled in the end as not needed. Got a full refund. Avoid if you don't want to be messed around.
