Unless You are sure that the items will fit and that you will keep them... I paid a whopping £70 to UPS to receive the boots ordered. They were too small. I bought the boots for £279

I then had to return them and an additional £75 was deducted from the amount I paid for the boots before I was refunded. So I paid £145 to receive and send the boots back. Honestly I could have bought 2 or 3 pairs of boots for this amount from another company.

I was told that I can get a VAT refund. It turns out that is is approx 30 euros. Convert that to £££ and of course its no where near the £145 deducted from me. Quite honestly I have posted boots to the USA from the UK before and only paid £40. I don't like giving bad reviews the boots were really nice, just too small. This company needs to make returns more affordable. Be careful before ordering.

If I could give 0 I would. I have been reaching out to this site for quit some time regarding my order this has been one of the most unresponsive sites I have ever dealt with I have been emailing regarding a return since I received this shoe. Not to mention the first order got lost because they didn't send my order out when they were suppose to this is site and they communication is ridiculous. This will be my last time ordering from them a $400 pair of shoes and you can't even speak to no one and then they have to approve a damn return smfh

I bought a pair of beautiful platform sandals and they broke on the 4th wear. I would highly recommend spending your money on higher quality shoes. Yes these look nice in theory, however the design and quality fall flat. The entire platform separated from the shoe.

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought the shoes.
I paid $93 for Issey Miake shoes (which are no longer available anywhere else). I waited 3 weeks for the parcel, which I received today. I was very surprised by its contents: inside there were glasses signed "Oakley" (probably fakes) in a Ray Ban case!
I did not receive what I ordered, but I also had to pay customs duty!
I don't know if the company exists and how to fight for a refund because the website doesn't work...
Does anyone know how this can be resolved?

Ordered boots on Sunday, delivered from the Netherlands to the UK by Wednesday. Yes it was €20 delivery, yes the box was slightly damaged but the boots fit like a glove and look stunning. I appreciate that I have not had to contact customer services for anything which seems to be one of their weakest areas, but the size 35 is a perfect small size 3. I would buy more but I will wait for another sale!

I spent almost 400 pound on a pair of boots that I have wear only for special occasions, less than 10 times so far. Unfortunately, the zipper just broke on one of them.
When I contacted UN they kindly explained me that it was my problem and they couldn't offer any help.
I'm really disappointed, having spent all that many for a terrible quality shoe without warranty.

And finally, after over a month of chasing my refund today 31 Jan 2023, I have received it.

ONLY to find out that instead of €371 that I paid, I have received back €341.

After Contacting UN Again, they explained to me that although I have refused to pay the duties and returned the shoes back to them, 'We have deducted them from your refund'. All and all, AVOID purchasing from this site!

UK customers Beware of dramatic tax and duty charges, they don't take the responsibility to cover it! Moreover, you can't cancel and send the purchase back - they will takw the customs costs from your payment! I've bought the most uncomfortable boots for 250... paid 105£on top as a custom charge.. and no opportunity to send it back... so unfair, all other companies pay the duties for customers, especially as they have brand stores here in the UK. Absolute shame. So disappointed, was their client for years... won't bye anymore.

I made my first - and what will be my ONLY - purchase with United Nude online. I ordered the same size in a sandal by them that I already own in another colour. Sizing was off. Submitted an exchange request and received a confirmation email. That was weeks ago; despite following up multiple times via email I have heard NOTHING. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE of any online retailer with whom I have ever shopped. BUYER BEWARE!!!

They sent a defective item. Against the law they charge for returns. I will return it anyway.

Absolute horrible customer service!
The sizing is off, additionally one have to pay for return, which with danish prices sums up to 30€. Never order again!

They sent me defective shoes, they did change them, but I had to pay for shipping myself.
In case of defective products or very dissimilar to the picture of description it is the European law for EU based businesses to pay for the return shipment.
I used to be a regular customer but after this clear infringement of European law I feel cheated and fooled on. I even passed on to them the law but they seem very convinced about they're strategy. I have an e-commerce too, I understand it is not so comfortable as a law, but it is mandatory to comply. Very very disappointing.
