Lovely guy, polite and friendly, turned up on time which was very much appreciated, completed what he needed to and explained the findings. Would recommend

Efficient, honest and trusted service!
I called and the surveyor (Gary) came in two days. The Damp report was ready the next day! I have a property which the tenants suddenly got molds after living there for 2 years and tried to pin me responsible. With Gary’s report it helped me push some of the responsibility back to them. Could not be more thankful! 🙏

I couldn’t be happier with the service…
I couldn’t be happier with the service from Universal damp solutions . From the first inspection to the final touches, they were professional and incredibly knowledgeable. We had been dealing with persistent damp issues for years, and after countless failed attempts with other companies, universal damp solutions finally got to the root of the problem.
The team explained everything clearly, offered a fair quote, and completed the work efficiently. They left the place clean and tidy each day, and most importantly the damp is completely gone. You can tell they really care about doing the job right.
I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable expert damp proofing.
