Absolutely brilliant service. In this day and age you normally expect to wait hours, if not days, for a response from web hosting support, but these guys are on it within minutes.
I had an issue with my website and they responded almost straight away, actually looked into the problem properly and helped get it sorted. No generic replies or being passed around endlessly — just quick, helpful support from someone who knew what they were doing.

I've used Unlimited Web hosting since 2012 and I find their support invaluable. On the odd occasion when I have a problem I just complete a ticket and they get back to me quickly having either resolved the problem or giving me clear practical guidance that even I (a luddite) can follow to resolution. They've even helped with issues that are not attributable to them. I'd happily recommend them.

I've always been a little hesitant to go for something where the price seems too good for the value however, after paying around £300/month for a VPS monthly and it generating less than it costs, I had to do something.

I decided to try an unlimited web hosting agency reseller plan. They helped to migrate around 15 cPanel accounts and have been very fast in providing advanced technical support

Moving from around £300/m to around £30/m you'd expect the service would not meet expectations however, we've also noticed websites loading faster due to the optimised servers.

Unlimited Web Hosting makes you realise that the industry is very overpriced and you can receive quality service without the hefty price tag.

Everything is available to build a website from buying a domain to designing the website with the tools available. All enquiries were dealt with really quickly and helpfully to make sure there were no problems. Also, it is reassuring to get updates about system outages or security breaches and it feels that you are being looked after and its not just about the money.
