Very disappointing experience with this provider.
After having been a customer for a couple of years, I tried for months to cancel my home internet subscription by visiting the store and contacting customer support (since it became too expensive). And every time I was promised it would be canceled the following month. Despite these promises, the contract was never properly terminated (they say “something went wrong in our system” as an apology). I eventually stopped using the service and switched providers because I was losing money, yet they are still asking me to pay for a month of service that I did not use. Extremely frustrating process, poor customer support, and a costly experience overall.
I have requested a switch over from Youfone internet to Ziggo internet service starting from July 10 .2025.
I have started using Ziggo internet from July 10.but still I get invoice from Youfone, I contacted both Ziggo and Youfone customer service, both say contact other party.

Terrible costumer service. Waiter 1 hour just for the guy on the phone to close the call while I was explaining my issue.
Worst possible service. The customer service keeps closing calls when they even answer the call. I switched providers and they refuse to cancel the subscription. Stay away, desperate to steak your money.
Ziggo has been an absolute horror show to deal with for the last year of our contract.
It all started when I moved to NL in July of 2023, and I was looking for internet providers who could provide fast enough internet speed for my requirements, which locked me into Ziggo.
In that year, we have had countless issues with internet dropping, bad internet routing, and poor customer service on questions asked.
My most recent example is when I showed PROOF that my routing was weird, and after 1-2 months of waiting was told that there's nothing that will be done about it, even when I have independently confirmed this problem several times.
Stay away from Ziggo. Go for literally anyone else, even if the speed they can offer is lower. Worst mistake of my life.
As a freelancer they obtain my personal information without any permission from me. I have been called 18 times this year by Ziggo trying to sell me thinks I don't want, and don't need. If I ask if they can finally stop calling me and bothering me in my personal life they simply don't listen. Im registered in all "bel me niet" lists or numbers of the company itsself.
Ziggo STEALS MONEY. They changed the contract without telling me anything. They tell lies!!!! and they don't want to pay me back the money they stole!!!!! ZIGGO THIEVES!!!!
Horrible spam driven company, unprofessional service agents, very annoying.
The worst customer service.
Service did not work from day 1 and it was impossible to get a hold of anyone. After many attempts I got someone on the phone but had to wait another 10 days for a technician to come fix the line.
Never had such bad experience with a company like UPC!
Dont Do IT!!! IF you have another chice!!!
