I recently completed my Certificate III in Individual Support with Upskilled and had a positive experience. The course covered all the necessary material and provided a good balance of theory and practical skills.

The trainers and support staff were helpful and responsive, and the online learning platform was easy to use. I appreciated the flexibility of the course, which allowed me to study at my own pace and fit it in around my other commitments.

Overall, I feel well-prepared to start my career in individual support and would recommend Upskilled to others. While there were some minor technical issues and areas for improvement, I was satisfied with the course and support provided. 4 stars

I'm currently doing a Case management diploma, and I’ve got to say, having Rosan as my trainer has been a game changer. His expertise really helps me see the coursework from different angles, which makes everything click so much better. I love that he’s super quick to respond to my emails and is always around when I need support. After chatting with him, I always feel way more confident about tackling my assessments. Plus, he sets up different Zoom links for all kinds of queries, whether I need help with role-play, have questions, or just want to catch up on my progress.

I am currently halfway through an Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management with trainer Rosan. Rosan's expertise has been invaluable during this course of study for me, his insight and knowledge have enabled me to understand the coursework from many different perspectives. Rosan is prompt with returning emails and is always available to provide support. I always feel confident to continue with the assessment after speaking with Rosan; he provides a different Zoom link for different queries that you can attend every day if needed, for questions, role-play support, or just a chat to progress through.
If you choose to study with Upskilled, my advice would be to reach out to your trainers for all concerns. They are always there to help, and Rosan wants his students to succeed.
I also think the pricing, payment arrangements and time given to complete the course is fair and obtainable.

I had a fantastic time completing my diploma with Upskilled. Access to a dedicated, and skilled trainer was frequent and reliable, which was extremely v valuable as I worked through RPL. The course content was thoughtful and well laid out.

The dashboard took a moment to understand, but flowed pretty well once I got stuck in.

All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

I enjoyed studying the Diploma of Counselling course with Ronnie Lynch as our teacher. His classes and student support sessions were really helpful when needed. The program was thorough with probably a little bit of repetition in some modules. Having a study buddy to do the video role plays is really helpful. The option of work placement would be good to include too in future programs. Overall I feel I learned a lot and have a solid understanding of counselling to build on. I would rate this 4.5 stars but there is not the option!

My Experience with upskills coordinator Mr Ronnie, is absolutely amazing, his such a great teacher and his explanation in regarding the course are very clear and very helpful. Since i started he was always there when needed help with the course. Mr Ronnie makes you understand how to reach your goal of understanding of each session and the progress is very successful. Keep up with the good work Ronnie, and i recommend Upskills and Ronnie to every student and do not hesitate to contact all staff there as there a very grateful and will attend helping you straight away. A Journey of Resilience and Perseverance.

I had always wanted to make a difference. I have a Master's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from my home country and ten years of experience as a Social Welfare Officer advocating for the rights and well-being of society's most vulnerable population. However, upon arrival in Australia, I discovered a harsh reality: my skills were not directly applicable, and I struggled to find a job that matched my abilities.

Undeterred, I decided to plan my next move. Then I saw that I needed to improve my abilities and knowledge to succeed in the Australian job market. Following extensive investigation, I registered in UPSKILLED's Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management, determined to take advantage of this opportunity.

The voyage wasn't easy. I experienced several hurdles, ranging from adjusting to a new educational system, after eighteen years of postgraduate degree experience from my home country, as well as managing other duties. My unshakable dedication, along with the ongoing encouragement and support from my course assessor [Programme Coordinator], kept me going.

My assessor, who became a mentor was always willing to help. Whether it was providing course content guidance, or simply lending a sympathetic ear, the assessor's continuous support gave me the courage to persevere.
I completed the course ahead of schedule thanks to numerous hours of focused study and great guidance from the assessor. This incredible accomplishment not only strengthened my confidence but also opened new opportunities.

With my Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management, I was able to apply for a Master of Social Work programme at a reputable university in Australia. To my joy, I was admitted.

Remember, the path to success is not a solo endeavour. By cultivating meaningful relationships with mentors who are invested in your growth, you can unlock your full potential and pave the way for a future filled with endless possibilities.

I have just completed a Certificate III in Information Technology (IT) completely online through Upskilled. Overall, the course lasted just over 12 months and I found it to be a very enjoyable experience. Any challenges I did face where quickly solved under guidance of the teachers and assistants of Upskilled in a kind and caring manner, which I have appreciated tremendously. I plan to complete a certificate IV in IT through upskilled in the near future as I found their online system works well and is very flexible. I recommend anyone use Upskilled for their online learning journey.

Upskilled made the learning extremely user friendly and engaging for remote Study. The only downside being my overall commitment to finishing! Through the education and learning I took from the CERT IV in ICT I was able to obtain an ICT Manager position at my work which was the goal of mine when I first commenced study through Upskilled.

I could not have achieved the position I have been offered without the learnings I have taken forward in this course and I want to take the time to encourage others to undertake study through Upskilled.
