Great product, easy to buy and good price, Would have got 5 stars but delivery company delivered later than stated by them which is not really the company’s fault.

Good information on webside about products.

I purchased some window hinges and had to return some of them as they didn’t fit (my fault), I submitted a returns request, received a returns number and sent them back using collect+ that showed the return as being received by them in November 2022. I gave up messaging them in July 2023 for my refund as I couldn’t waste any more of my time. As a result I’m over £250 out of pocket from this. If I get a reply from this review and get my refund I’ll happily remove this review, but I’m not holding my breath….

Great customer services. Had an issue with UPVC door lock failure and after ordering genuine part late on Thursday night the part was posted immediately on Friday morning and arrived on Saturday afternoon.
Will definently recommend to everyone I know. Helped me secure my home. Many thanks

Poor communication. I want to return an item, and sent three unanswered emails and made three unanswered phone calls. Will never use again.

Its regrettable that the image on the item did not reflect the item which was posted out. This is quite deceptive and can lead to problems when ordering. As a result, we are £25. out of pocket due to having to order another item.

Product not delivered - had to chase and get another - paid for express delivery - very late delivery

Web page nice and clear, ordering was easy, acknowledgement of order was sent and delivered when stated.

Letterbox ordered was not available so was upgraded with no extra charge, Handles are excellent quality too

Ordered a replacement door handle - showed as in stock, placed order and paid, received emails confirming and shipping information / tracking. A day later - an email to say the item is not in stock and they have no expectation to receive further stock and full refund would be made. Still shows as in-stock now. Very poor. Ordered from another store and arrived next day and 20% cheaper. Won't be considering Upvc Store again in future.

Ordered a replacment gearbox for our at least 20 year old french doors dealt with Ben over the phone sent pics for him to see and he came back to me immediately on the phone was able to order part straight away arrived a day earlier than expected job done super pleased lightning quick response very reasonable prices.

Ben was fantastic, I sent pictures of my door lock which was faulty and he found the problem and the type of lock I needed all from a picture. The customer service is second to none, quick responses and links directing me to the correct item. Thank you for a stress free purchase.
