We've been riding the Family Performance Plus Smart for two months now, and it never fails to amaze! The range is very accurate, the seat is comfortable and easily adjustable, and our baby daughter enjoys it a lot when I take her with me in the car seat (which fits perfectly in the adapters!)

We bought our second UA in Aug 2021 and it's been working roughly well until a couple months ago when the heavy duty Enviolo hub in the back wheel broke. Apparently this should be a sturdy part which hardly ever fails and unfortunately it did for us. This was not detected by the bike repair during the reg maintenance times. All in all the bike works well and was at the time when we bought best in class. I consider this product still a high-end product and therefore it and its parts should last well beyond it's warranty period. Long story short if you want to take up these type of problems you will be bounced around between UA customer service and part supplier customer service and the repair shop. UA if you want to keep up with the competition step up w your service level.

With our second daughter on the way we doubted between buying a second car or the urban arrow. Never regretted that we decided to go for the the urban arrow as it is now truly our “second car” and I couldn’t do without as we use it on a daily basis to drive the kids to school and groceries.

The bike itself is very easy to drive supported by the electric battery of Bosch. Great design and aerodynamic. On top of that it easily fits two kids with a buggy or 4 kids, so very convenient! Although I would recommend to take the rain cover for the kids to be comfortable with rainy or windy weather.

Really happy that we went for the urban arrow. The components are also qualititative, which we noticed as so far a yearly maintenance service is sufficient to get around!

The urban arrow gives us freedom as a family. To travel in the open air instead of the car and still be able to take everything with us. The kids love it. Because the battery lasts a long time the range is far. I only find the cargo box itself very fragile, damage occurs quickly with kids getting in and out by themselves. Still, I would recommend this cargo bike to anyone!

For our family, the Urban Arrow is like a car, but better! we use the cargo bike for all our daily trips.
ideal that you can install an extra bench and with the luggage carrier we can even take 5 children with us!

We have had the Cargo Line for 4 years now and have never had any complaints about the bike during regular maintenance. It cycles well and can also be used with a large family. Furthermore, it feels sturdy and safe!

For many years, our urban arrow is our 2nd family car. It fits 3 kids, all our groceries, and we the battery goes a long way before we need to charge it again.
With the “huif” the kids are protected from rain/ wind…
Our only real problem is how to recognize ours between all the other urban arrows around us when we park it 😂 they all look the same

I love the bike. It’s stable and very mobile. The battery is not easy to steal.

Perfect bike for a family of 4. Haven't had any issues with the bike so far and it's making life easier and more flexible.

We are very happy with our urban arrow family. It is happily used almost every day. The battery lasts very long, the seating position is perfect and comfortable and the space in the box is enough for 4 children. Big advantage is also the maxicosi adapter, which allowed us to use the bike already when our child was 4 months old. In two years we have had almost no defects with the bike, only the brakes were checked once. All in all a top purchase. Would recommend it to anyone.

The perfect bicycle to get your children around. A pleasure to drive, easy and light and enough space to take everything with you besides the children! Would really recommend this!!

Getting my children from location to another can be done safely and fast with the urban arrow. I know I can always rely on the urban arrow.

Instead of a car, we bought an urban arrow. It’s absolutely worth it and the kids love to cruise around. From a few months old baby in the maxi cosy up until a 5 years old who needs more space.

Great bike for a family. We bought this bike during COVID and it was our gift from Heaven. As with the kids we have seen already so much of our neighborhood. The kids now even prefer the urban arrow in stead of the car, for me as a mom being outside is also a blessing and so much easier to park than a regular bike with baby sit or a car.

Best cargo bike there is! When we bought our UA we were told that it is the Ferrari among bicycles. None of this is a lie. Wonderful bike! The battery of the performance line lasts a very long time. The children are safe in in. Furthermore, the rain cover protects them from rain, which is a necessity in the Netherlands. They are driven around like royalty. The only disadvantage is that the black bicycle does get warm in the summer, but this is less when you chose the white version. In the end, we are very happy with it and would definitely recommend.

Best bike ever! I truly replaces a second car in our busy family of five. No day we are not using the Urban Arrow, even trips of 30km + are no problem at all.
Three kids are easily transported, also furniture or other items.

We truly enjoy our family urban arrow. Can’t think of an easier solution for a family with 2 kids. We weren’t fond of the 1st rain cover we initially got with the bike, the 2nd newer generation one however is a lot handier and easier to use, also when inserting the maxicosi.

We adore our Shorty. Before we made the purchase and just after it, UA has been very helpful. We tested the Shorty at Amsterdam HQ during an experience day and no doubt ... that is it. Purchased through a dealer, top notch.

However, I now have an issue and I am looking for parts for the rain cover. Which I would expect to be available as a replacement part. But that does not seem to be the case? And that is where UA Customer Support falls short in my view. You can contact them as a consumer (with some hurdles calling them ... waiting and then get disconnected), but they were not able / willing to look up what I was looking for. "And even if I know where to look for it, I would not be able to help. All consumer contact goes through dealers.".

Had contact with UA through Social Media after that; UA asks me to send a DM to see what they can do. Done, no response.

Again, overall we are very happy with our Shorty. But sometimes I am uncertain about the future. If we would run into an issue, will UA be able to support us? With the knowledge UA does not see a long term future for the Shorty and already stopped selling accessories.
If we raise a concern, will they be willing to respond to it?

I'm convinced UA are going out of business. I've ordered UA parts from KidsCab and UA for the shorty. The part is the steering linkage. I placed my first order 4 months ago!
