Very happy with my Urban Arrow. Best driving cargo bike that is available in the market. I have my Urban Arrow for more than 5 years now and never had left me down!

Its a great Bike i lieke it everyday

We've thoroughly enjoyed cycling with our kids using the Urban Arrow Performance Family bike; it's been an absolute blast. However, we're disappointed with the high cost of servicing the bike. Additionally, due to its weight, certain parts of the bike have worn out faster than expected.

For us it was Life Game Changer. I mean it. Now I cann't us it temporarly and I can see it clear. Your city was never so close than from UA perspective.

Really happy with the Urban Arrow. We’re living in the city and we use the bike instead of a second car. Perfect and safe way to move young kids through the city.

All in all a very good cargo bike. A front axle suspension would be nice sometimes.
Accessoires are a little bit too expensive.

I had a very bad experience dealing with a dealer Dreirad Hamburg. Urban arrow team helped me fixing the issue with dealer. I felt very happy with the spontaneous service provide to resolve my issue.

I didnt get the specific answer i was looking for. I need a new front wheel and they could only link me to a local dealer (which does not respond to my email).

6000 KM in the first year.

Amazing bike, life changer, especially with 2 little kids in the city. I had it for 2 years and logged more than 4,000km

Pricey for a bike in the U.S., but it really acts as a second car that’s much more fun to drive. We live in Chicago and there’s rarely a week we don’t use the bike at least once. Highly recommend.

Soon have we used our two Urban arrow family bikes 45 000 km. So far our extreme testing was relatively successful. For one bike we needed a new motor after 12 000 km...

We did already have a lot of problems in the 3years that we did use our bike for About 9000km. The front weel did come loose while we were driving for already 2 times ! The saddle broke is already 2 times with also 1 time a though fall .. at this moment, I even do not dare to take another child with us in the bike because we are afraid to fall. We did send a mail to urban arrow About the problems 1 Month ago, they told u they would discuss this with the dealer. We did bring the bike Every time respectively as was told us which was necessary for general maintenance. Even 2 of 3 weeks after a big maintenance, the front weel did loose with a very though fall. Luckely, my husband could recuperate well but we got afraid.

Not a bad bike, but unfortunately saddled with inferior components - particularly the Enviolo transmission. It is ok for flat cities like Amsterdam, but out of its league when there are hills involved.

Urban Arrow is a well made bike with top of the line components. A safe, tested, and functional design that has been a game changer for our family, allowing us to live with one less car

We got our urban arrow to take our son to school and and then commute to work. And it’s been fantastic! We live near a large university, and I generally feel safer in the urban arrow than in my car (always worried about hitting someone while driving…), it’s either just as quick or quicker as driving in the urban arrow, and it’s a heck lot more enjoyable! Also, as he’s gotten older and has learned to ride a scooter, we can throw his scooter in the urban arrow and he can have a bit of an adventure while riding his scooter across the university on the way home. And that’s to say nothing of convenience and enjoyment it provides going to various places around our home.
