UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - OVER 25% OF AN ORDER FOR JAM JARS ARRIVED BROKEN AND THE COMPANY TOOK A WEEK TO REQUEST PHOTOS AND THEN NO RESPONSE IN THE FOLLOWING 4 DAYS - NO IDEA HOW TO GET ANY REFUND OF REPLACEMNT. vERY NON RESPONSIVE, POOR PACKAGING FOR POSTAL DELIVERY

eventually was contacted and the compaany agree to replace the broken jars (required photos first and consequent extra delay. Just received the replacements and Astonishingly they were also all broken. I have little use for broken glass suprisingly.
