Just recently bought a car and needed to rent a parking bay. Called up Urban Splash and was put trough to Roisin who was absolutely brilliant! Quick responses via email with all necessary instructions, expedited the process for me and got it done same day so I could stop paying the visitor bay charges. Overall a great first experience :)

David was very polite and attentive. It made our visit enjoyable. I learned a lot from the visit.

We lived at Saxton for over 3 years and really enjoyed the experience. The on-site teams were especially helpful, shout out to Dom and Richard who takes care of facilities who always made our experience a breeze.
The site itself needs some updating and repair works which seemed to be slow to progress, but all in all, a pleasant place to live and Urban Splash were pretty good at response times.

It was a very easy moving in process. Dom was super helpful and professional. Would recommend renting with Urban Splash it’s been a very pleasant experience so far :)

Fantastic Experience with Urban Splash!

I moved to Manchester from London in 2016 for university and have rented across 10 different properties during my 8 years here, both as a student and a working professional. With all that experience, I’ve learned that no tenancy is without its hiccups—that’s just part of renting! What really matters is how your letting agency handles those bumps in the road.
This is where Urban Splash truly shines. Of course, we had a few issues during our tenancy, but their response was second to none. The communication from the team was clear, they always followed up on our concerns, and they provided timely and effective solutions. And to top it all off, the property itself was absolutely beautiful!

I’d like to give special thanks to two wonderful people: Roisin from the admin team, who was always quick to reply and pointed us in the right direction with impeccable communication and follow-ups. And Terri, the Senior residential consultant, who handled all our concerns with professionalism and fairness, ensuring we felt supported throughout our tenancy. Both are absolute assets to Urban Splash!
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and hope yours will be just as fantastic.

Amazing experience!

Everything was super quick and Pete, Lindsay, Kelly and the rest of their team were great and helping us and speedings these up!

They were also very human, rather than the usual corporate vibe that you get when dealing with new offices 😊

I have lived at Lakeshore in Bristol for 3 years and overall have had a good experience with the landlords, Urban Splash. There was flexibility and understanding in regards to my personal situation. I outgrew my 1 bed at Copper Building and was able to move into a bigger apartment at Lakeshore which really helped my personal circumstances. Its a lovely apartment and great views of the lake. We even had otters in 2023! Wonderful wildlife. Thanks to the Urban Splash team - Adele Doster who has been really understanding over the years and flexible in particular with my current quest to purchase a property. Also thanks to Christine Allen who has been great in finding the right apartment for my needs. Finally the maintenance team - Nolly Kikumba who has dealt with some challenges (not easy when its leaks from other tenants/landlords).

Dom who handled my move into Saxton Gardens in Leeds was brilliant.
Very communicative, I felt informed throughout the whole process and I absolutely love the flat.
The amenities and staff are great, really happy with everything.

The Boat Shed:

From the outset of our enquiry through to Move Day and occupation (5 months approx), the service from our wonderful Boat Shed Host, Lindsay Noel and the Team, has been excellent.

We have settled in well and are more than happy with the property handover process, facilities, service and the local area/environment. It's a good place to work with a nice vibe!

I've had a really good experience with Urban Splash when moving into my new flat- great communication with the team, especially Dom who has been extremely helpful with the whole process. Really prompt replies from the team and they've always been happy to answer any questions I've had.
