My experience with Urban Splash has been great!
Rented their one of the 2 bed pods on the 6th floor in Velvet Mills for about 10 months. The apartment was nicely furnished. The management has been great with their communications especially Dom (Urban Splash Agent) who was my initial point of contact. He was easily available through WhatsApp and always answered my queries efficiently.
Overall, I would recommend Urban Splash for their rental properties in Lister Mills.

We moved into The Loom house a couple days ago and since the day we saw the flat and filled out the application and other formalities, Dom has been a great support to my flatmate and me and we really appreciate that. Cheers!

Urban Splash and especially Dom were great with me moving into my flat, really quick and efficient. Really looked after the whole process renovating the flat to make it as nice as possible for me to move in. Can’t praise them enough for making moving in far less stressful than it usually is.

I'm really enjoying renting from Urban Splash. We've been in our current flat for nearly a year, and it's a beautiful space in a well-managed building with really nice gardens and some cool businesses operating in the commercial spaces on the ground floor. All the Urban Splash staff I've dealt with have been helpful and good at their jobs, so when things break or go wrong, they get fixed efficiently. Renting is always going to have its good and bad points, but being a tenant here is miles better than dealing with a smaller, less professional landlord.

We have been renting a flat from Urban Splash for 10 years in Leeds. From the beginning, when we were shown the flat, until the last day of renting, the level of service we received from Urban Splash was very high and professional. Adele Doster was a great support across these 10 years acting in the name of our Landlord. If not for moving to our own house, we would carry on renting from Urban Splash. Thanks for all these years and all the best.

From the initial enquiry through Kelly Young, the process from contracts to receiving the keys, couldn't have been easier. On our day of move in, we met with Carl (building manager), who has been absolutely brilliant and cannot help us enough, no matter what our request, day or night.

Urban Splash took ownership of the apartment block we currently live in so this was the first time we needed to speak with them to renew the tenancy for another year.
Adele had contacted us to see if we wanted to renew, providing the contract at that time, while the appropriate checks were made, which was very useful. Adele was very professional and well organised making it an easy process for us to renew our tenancy for another year.
Thanks Adele and Urban Splash

I have worked in 2 Urban Splash buildings and have had Carl manage 1 of them. Since moving in in 2020 Carl has been nothing short of incredible. He is always on hand to support with any issues that we had and has made our moving in, living and leaving experience amazing. We are now in a different building and although Carl isn't our official building manager, he still goes above and beyond to make sure issues are solved and we are taken care of.
Regarding our new office facilities, the toilets aren't nice or managed/cleaned as much as needed and the building manager is extremely difficult to get hold of and issues take a long time to get resolved.

I have been an Office Manager for 2 Urban Splash buildings and have had the pleasure of working with Carl as our Building Manager. He goes above and beyond for us no matter what and still helps us endlessly even though he doesn't technically manage our new building. Can't speak highly enough about him, he's made our Urban Splash experience incredible.

Leak from toilet - reported from the tenants below us initially on the 4th April 2024. - first engineer stated it looks like someone tried to do a ''DIY job'', leaving the area in such a state, which did also cause mould to build up behind the toilet, due to the damp getting worse and worse. I do not beleive this was checked prior to signing up to the tenancy agreement. - This was eventually repaired on the 1st May 2024. - Active leak for almost 4 weeks!
Bathroom Lino flooring - Raised on 14th March 2024 - attempted repair on 25th March 2024 and still awaiting repair for this! (ongoing for 8 weeks since the initial report).
Oven Tripping apartment electrics - raised on 11th February 2024. - repaired on the 21st February 2024 - No working oven for 10 days.
I've now raised a complaint, and awaiting to hear back. US has taken three months of rent, while leaving myself and my partner with a very damaged apartment.
I would highly suggest anyone moving into an US property, to test every single item within the apartment before signing anything!
Now having to pass this up to Manchester City Council and the Housing ombudsman as this has now taken TWELVE weeks to fix the apartment which was never ready for use.
EDIT: It's now the 12th June, and the flooring to the bathroom is still damaged, due to Third-Party contractors cancelling work and pushing the date back. The floor has now been damaged for 11 weeks. UrbanSplash are still awaiting to reply to my complaint letter dated almost 3 weeks ago.
