Horrible, horrible horrible
When it was just the vein clinic, I loved it now the services the doctors nobody knows what they’re doing. Horrible horrible if I didn’t have to put that one star there to write a review, I have they get zero stars

Okay I hate to leave an awful review, but while they say they take our exact insurance we got an atrocious bill in the mail after. That and I've spent about 6 hours over 8 or so calls to request my medical records to send to a new provider, and the keep 'putting the request in the system' and nothing happens. My doctor also called to request and absolutely nothing. I never leave reviews but in this case, I feel I need to warn others.

SCAMMERS!! They took my money, never got in touch with my insurance United Healthcare and never heard from them again. I called several times to know what was going on. I could never get through, had to wait to be called back by operators only, never from anyone in authority. They advertise on TV every few minutes, but that's all they do. I am filing a report with the State Medical Board. SCAMMERS! I am not buying that BS about writing to WECARE@ email address either.

I received a groupon gift to have spider veins treated. When I arrived I was asked for my DL and insurance card. I refused to let them scan my DL into their system due to data breach concerns. It was like an act of congress to get them to understand my hippa rights. Then I saw the Dr. He mentioned that my ultrasound was normal yet the clinic insisted on booking another visit for another ultrasound. I am already under a physicians care for arterial issues and after visiting his practice was advised to hold off on the vein care from this clinic. I canceled my appointment on the phone and everytime they text me (daily) but the harassment continues. I will be taking this to the attorney generals office if I receive a missed appointment bill from them. I will also consider securing an attorney if this goes any further.

There are 5 million times better as vein clinics of america. The billing department is a joke. So, make sure you pay before you leave and make sure you get and save your receipts because I'm still fighting with them about my bill that I paid 6 months ago!!! They say we will call you back it is a lie. They send you to collections quickly even for "paid" bills ugh!!! Still fighting with them. The system they have doesn't seem to work at all. I would think it would be easy to pay the bill right?! They don't seem to want their money they just want to waste paper and peoples time! The ridiculous I have dealt with over 309.70$ I would paid double if they would just take my darn money and leave me be. It's unfortunate. Get it together! And tell your billing department specifically Bryan Saavedra and jesus Joaquin alacron baltazar that they are unhelpful, liars, who obviously done know how to or care to do their jobs. Thanks. For no help.
So, after this it still took multiple people to actually help me. I talked to ozzy bravo no help. Enrique on June 10th at 445pm finally helper me, but then never sent me an email. Then on June 11th I talked to I think may is her name at 405pm and she should be fired! She was literally very rude. She refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I am pretty sure vein clinics records calls. You should listen to it. Then joesline finally told me my balance was gone and she would not let me talk to a supervisor. Do you have supervisors? Because honestly ridulous isn't even an appropriate word. Now I have been harassed, ignored, disrespected, and had to waste my time with this just to make a payment to you guys that I have now made twice!!!! Honestly, this is disgusting that I have to fight on phone with you guys so many times.

They have these people calling everyday to solicit appointments, you tell them to take you off the list of callers and they refuse by calling 5 and 6 and 6 times a day.
They leave felonious responses to my reviews but don't investigate the harassing calls. I literally have to reach out to Attorney Generals office, better business borough and ADA disability division because it is affecting my health.
Back to back calling for more than 3 months already everyday.
AS OF TODAY JUNE 7, 2024, I JUST RECEIVED ANOTHER PHONE CALL ASKING ME TO MAKE AN APPT. I TOLD THIS GUY TO TAKE ME OFF THE LIST. SOMEONE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS AND MAKE THEM STOP CALLING ME. IT'S ANNOYINGLY HARASSING.

USA Vein Clinic is a 100% scam. I went for a consultation and declined treatment. I was subsequently bombarded with emails, texts, and calls trying to set me up for an appointment. I declined all. Then I received mass communications from them saying I was signed up for a procedure which I declined via seven different phone calls. I was assured I would be taken off the schedule each time, not be charged, and would receive no further communications. Seven people lied. Making matters worse, I now receive a $250 no-show fee. This is a for-profit organization vs providing medically necessary treatment. Avoid them.

The billing department is utter garbage. They don't let you know when you have a balance due until its at the point where they email you saying that you have an outstanding balance and they they are going to charge your credit card. They billpay part of their site just says "no statements" when you check and the app doesn't let you pay anymore or even reflect that money is owed until its way past due.
On a positive note the One saving grace is the actual clinic, the staff is friendly and make you feel like your not even at a doctors office.

This not serious business. Deceptive ways to conduct business and get client money upfront.
In order to have you as a client, the employees of the office insist that their services are covered by all insurance, and they let you know this from the moment you enter the office. Even Dr. Luis Viamonte himself, during his evaluation, assures you that the procedure will be covered by insurance because it is not cosmetic but related to health problems, which is my documented case.
After a month of the first evaluation, the office staff contact me the right day before to let me know that insurance won’t cover my procedure and I have to provide the office with a credit card
I contacted my medical Insurance, and the staff reported to me that the Dr’s office sent the wrong CPT code which are not for health related but for cosmetic procedure instead.
I contacted the USA Veins Clinic and I was transferred to the Billing Department for explanation. They didn’t pay attention to the situation and transferred my call to the Financial Department where the staff and supervisor were rude by asking me to make three-way call with the insurance if I wanted to hear from their financial office that USA Vain clinic sent the right CPT code; then, the supervisor hung on me.
After several calls requesting the proper information about cost associated to my treatment, they refused to provide me with it.
Instead, they force patient to apply for Care Credit or other financial product to collect in advanced the entire cost of the medical procedure and avoid to deal with medical insurance companies.
After several calls, a lot of call transfers, I got the following financial information
First section treatment for 2, 095.00
Second treatment 2,000.00
Third Section Treatment 2.000.00
Plus a Fee for not appointment Cancelation
You better think more that twice or consider other business options before do business with USA Vain clinic

None of the online links work, including to pre-register and for billing. I get an email with a link, enter my information and get a message it is expired. I literally reply to the email within hours, but it is expired!? They also call daily for invoice payment even though it was just issued, but I cannot access it because the link does not work. So unprofessional.

I've had several treatments at the Vein Clinics at the Columbia MD location. The staff were professional and courteous. However, the scheduling is a significant issue. They book several patients for the same time, even though there is only one doctor on staff. This resulted in significant wait times before I was able to be attended to. It's making me reconsider using them in the future.

By far the worst experience I have had. I don't even want to go into details, just read the other reviews. The marketing team and customer support are all cowards, they don't care about HIPPA regulations or making sure you are satisfied, they only care about your money!
Stay far away from these scum!

I decided to not go with USA clinic and I went with another vein clinic in the Twin Cities when I tried to call to find my prescription To send over to the new clinic it was a very hard process and nobody spoke English, so I couldn’t understand anybody. It was very hard to do anything with them very unsatisfied that they don’t have a front desk. We can talk to.
Worst customer service!

I had an appointment with USA Vein Clinics at their Yonkers, NY location in March of 2024 for an initial consultation. They performed a sonogram/ultrasound examination of the veins in my legs and found no blood clots, leaking veins, varicose veins, spider veins, i.e., nothing major and yet they initially set me up to perform one procedure on my leg(s). Days later I received an email from USA Vein Clinics scheduling me for WEEKLY procedures and follow ups from late April to early August! They also suggested that I consider using compression stockings, however, they never measured me so that I could get compression stockings that would fit properly. FYI, in order to be effective compression stockings come in different sizes. After the initial consultation, I left the Yonkers office with an uneasy feeling and so I decided to get a second opinion from another vein clinic that was recommended to me by someone I know. In the meantime, I postponed the procedures that were scheduled by USA Vein Clinics. After getting the second opinion and showing the vascular Doctor all of the procedures that had been scheduled by USA Vein Clinics, I was told that there is nothing wrong with the veins in my legs that would require any procedures, let alone the type and number of procedures and follow ups that USA Vein Clinics had scheduled me for. By the way, the vein clinic that I went to for a second opinion also suggested that I get compression stockings and IMMEDIATELY measured me in order to get properly fitting compression stockings. Once I got home I called USA Vein Clinics and canceled every appointment they had scheduled me for. Furthermore, I requested that they send me written documentation of their initial diagnosis and they indicated that it would be sent to me by mail. Here I am almost a month later and NO such documentation has been received by me. It gets worse. I receive an explanation of benefits statement from my insurance provider and for ONE office visit and the sonogram/ultrasound examination, my insurance provider was billed $1,430 ($230 for the office visit and $1,200 for the sonogram/ultrasound exam)...in contrast the other vein clinic I went to for a second opinion billed my insurance provider $1,110! I quickly realized that this company seems to be a money mill that schedules people for procedures, even if those procedures are unnecessary. Additionally, when you call their toll free number you can tell that you are connected with a call center. Also, if you don't believe in my review and the reviews of many other people, do your own homework and look them up through the Better Business Bureau. You will find that some of their locations are not rated and many have "F" ratings. The ONLY location that has an "A+" rating is the one in Framingham, MA. In conclusion, if anyone is considering going to these people...be aware and beware.

Bad service. Had my spider veins “supposedly” done but did not show any improvement at all. Paid out of pocket and no results. Waist of money. Do not recommend the Utah clinics.

I 4get the date, has been a yr or 2. I am an elder male with circulatory disease, neuropathy and prediabetic. My 1st appt i arrived on time2find a note 'they're out of the ofc4the day'? Called in, they're like they sent a text except didnt. It popped up after I called per their absence? Wasted trip, they 4got to cancel. When I later got another time, 3 female techs put me thru a bunch of tests including BP. When I then get to see the doc, he reviewed my new file tests and he's like I can't help u? His title is 'vascular surgeon'. I have all the classic enlarged & spider veins with feet numbness and lower leg pain plus arterial sclerosis. If a vascular surgeon can't help, who the hey'll can? Go figure, what a hoax. Now they still send me texts always: "It's been awhile since u saw Dr. Quack; call to schedule soon."
